The whole process was very professional. We had good communication and information from the office. Matt arrived when they said he would and did a very nice job of installing our patio ceiling fan. We had an old builder grade bathroom exhaust fan that just was not cutting it anymore. After reviewing a number of electricians and getting a few quotes we went with Bolt to do the job. To start, I really appreciated how responsive and flexible they were. The scheduler was very polite and made sure to let me know when they were on the way. Upon arrival the technician was able to give me a number almost immediately, which seemed reasonable and I accepted. They started on the job right away. They took care of it quick and did a great job. A few days later I noticed the fan was making an odd noise, so they sent a tech back out to diagnose and found it was a bad motor. Ordered a replacement, and they even installed the replacement under warranty. The fact that they took this on under their own warranty even though it was a manufacturer defect was incredibly impressive to me and the reason why I decided to give them a perfect 5. Shout out to my tech Matt H who was very professional and punctual. Also, major props to Stephanie - she is a perfect example of what customer service should be. Followed up with me every step of the way until everything got resolved. I would use Bolt again without hesitation. Thank you guys.
