If the work I had done was not electricity I would have fixed this myself as I knew it would only take 5 minutes. To charge that much for a little project shows how businesses can take advantage of you. I guess that's what you pay for the knowledge.

The response was fast. The electrician fixed the problem with the simplest (and least expensive) solution with an estimate for further work if needed. I couldn't have more pleased.

Call and spoke w/a polite scheduling lady. Scheduled for the next day and given a time frame. Was impressed with Matts timeliness and immediate comprehension of the electrical problem and then the efficient completion of the job. Fast response, friendly, and thorough. I had called them when we discovered the existing junction box cracked and was broken and wouldn't hold the new light. They put in a new junction box and connected my new light. They also had offered to move up my appointment when they had a cancellation. The job was finished fast.
