PEERLESS PLUMBING

The re-pipe went very well. Functionally its great work and very quickly done (2.5 days). I did have to watch one of their workers to make sure he put enough insulation back in the exterior walls. There was some minor damage done to a couple of shower walls.

They gave me a great price for a copper repipe, which also included repairing any holes they needed to make in the drywall. They also replaced shower valves and shower heads, outside faucets, laundry valves, and swamp cooler piping and valve. They had a great eye for detail, and even repaired several holes another plumber had made trying to find a leak. This was truly a pleasant experience during a stressful time. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

These guys saved the day for us and we can’t thank them
enough.
We were ready to leave on a vacation and I always have a
check list. On my check list was to turn off the water to the washing machine.
When my husband tried to turn the handle, it was rusted and came off in his
hand.  We panicked!
I looked up Peerless Plumbing, called and told them the problem.
Although all their staff was out on other jobs, the owner’s son came out
within a half hour and had it fixed with a new handle. He turned the water off for
us and put everything back in place in no time at all.
They charged us $188.09, which I think is very reasonable.
We used Peerless Plumbing before to repipe our home and were
very pleased then, also.

They did an excellent job and they left the condo looking decent. They did clean up after themselves.

For the most part it was a good experience, but they didn't finish very well. They were supposed to replace all of the valves in the house and I don't think they did. They didn't do a good job on work on the vent to the water heater either.

We were experiencing our second in-slab leak. Randy (owner) came right out to evaluate our problem, discuss possible solutions, offer advice and give us an estimate. The repair started within a week. Randy has come up with a very clever way to change in-slab plumbing to in-wall plumbing, without the time consuming and mess that an in-slab repair causes. It's expensive but worth it. He uses copper pipe and a large staff of workers. He hires out a drywall service. Peerless arrived at 5:00 am and were through by 6:00 pm, including, cleanup and drywall patching and texturing. We were concerned with protecting certain items that are of value to us, so he came out the night before, with his son and son-in-law to look over the job & give us advice how to prepare for their work. Christian Rushing was our Project Mgr. and was there all day to oversee and do work himself. His staff was clean, friendly and worked very hard and fast. Most spoke English. Painting is up to the homeowner.

Peerless came in approximately $900 dollars below a competing estimate. I had a problem with a leak developing at a coupling they installed due to the solder not holding, but they followed up on it immediately and came in at 6:00 am before I awoke to fix it. My contact, Nancy Geiser was superb and followed up multiple times to see if everything was alright. I don't believe you can go wrong with this company.

PROMPTLY FIXED A DRIPPING FAUCET AND TOOK CARE OF INSULATION WHICH HAD BEEN DAMAGED IN THE PROCESS. THEY ARE VERY NICE AND VERY RESPONSIVE. THEY ARE UNUSUAL IN THAT THIS IS THE ONLY TYPE OF WORK THEY DO: REPLACING PIPING.

THIS WAS A VERY MESSY JOB AND THEY TOOK THE TIME TO PUT DOWN DROP CLOTHS TO MINIMIZE THE MESS. THEY CLEANED UP AND DID A GREAT JOB. THEY ALSO FOLLOWED UP TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL.
