Brian was prompt, courteous, did a great job, and cleaned up well. We had some wildlife caught in the spark arrestor and Brian removed and cleaned the area and added some hardware cloth to prevent future incursions. We will hire Brian again.

We had our heating and dryer vents cleaned. Brian gave me a very responsible price for the cleaning of both. We are very pleased with the quality of work and it was done in a timely manner. We would recommend Advanced Cleaning Technologies. After Brian showed me what was hiding in our vents, I would recommend having heating and dryer vents cleaned for everyone, health factor as well as a safety factor.

Brian was courteous, efficient and helpful when answering questions and completing work. $225 seemed rather pricey to clean a fireplace but this is my first time hiring a service person for this type of project and overall satisfied with the company.

The owner came himself and cleaned the tile. He was on time, knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and professional. His rates were reasonable as well. We will surely hire this company again for tile cleaning.

The chimney hadn't been cleaned in a long time so he did a good job of that. Worked on the damper and did a good job of getting all the old soot and debris out. Only negative is that all of our furniture and floor space had a fine layer of soot dust on it when he was done. He didn't clean that part up so my wife had to vac and wipe down everything.

My job was to clean and fix my granite counters that a renter left pitted. He did a great job first cleaning the counters with high heat then polished the surface. They look and feel so much better now. Would highly recommend this company.

Brian was great. He called about 45 minutes before arrival to confirm. He was very helpful with wood burning tips and how it all worked as this is our 1st fireplace. Brian even went above and beyond and helped my husband load a chair onto the truck. Thanks Brian.

Brian accommodated my schedule; arrived on time, did a great job, did extra by cleaning inside of closets and power spraying the steps outside so dirt wouldn't get tracked in. Even helped with a faucet I couldn't turn and carried up a suitcase. Included a promotional service coming NEXT month...all in all exceeded my expectations. Very nice young man with excellent customer service mentality. I would recommend to others and would use again.

Brian did a wonderful job. Cleaned the air ducts and vents and shampooed the carpet. We just recently bought this house and it was saturated with the smell of cigarette smoke. There was no way I could move in with that smell. When he finished the smell was gone. He also disinfected the ducts and deodorized them. He did a lot of extras that he didn't charge me for. He and Crystal are extremely nice and Crystal went above and beyond to try and help me find someone to wash the walls. Can't say enough good things about this company. Highly recommend!
