I purchased two groupons for this company. Approximately one week after purchasing the groupon I called to schedule my cleaning. No one answered the phone number (number on the groupon is the same as on their website). There was a message to email for cleaning, and the inbox was full, so there was no way to leave a message. I emailed and left a request to schedule with times of availability. After no response for approx two weeks, I tried again. The phone was the same, so I emailed again. This email was not as nice as the original. I reciecved an email repsonse this time, saying they were too busy to call me right now, but they will call me this evening. Four days later (still no contact from them), I called Groupon and complained that they weren't responsive. Groupon's policy is that they have to contact the seller themselves to entice contact/scheduling. After a 72 hours waiting period ( I actually waited an entire week), I called groupon back to let them know that xtreme cleaning still had not contacted me. At this point I was issued a refund. What a horrible experience.
