Best home service I have ever had! Immediately after placing my request online (where I was directed through HomeAdvisor) I received a phone call and an appointment was made for the very next day. It was almost 10pm when I made the call and Travis even offered to come out right way! My communication with Travis was outstanding. He kept me posted on this house call, every step of the way. The ability to keep in touch through texting made the whole process so smooth. He worked efficiently and was extremely knowledgeable of his craft. He did not overcharge me frivolously. The work was done with excellence. I am very satisfied with this company. I highly recommend them.

The technician arrived and found the problem was electrical.and NOT with the garage door. He said "No charge" despite my offer to pay for the service call! That is real customer SERVICE.

The tech was friendly and full of product knowledge. He actually kept me from spending money on a project and suggested a different route that would save about $500. Told me to think on it and let him know and he would be out the next day whatever I decided. Definitely using them when I get his suggestions done.
