Installer showed up on time as scheduled. When I had questions afterward about the installation, Travis showed up first thing the following morning to make sure everything was installed and working properly. The installer inadvertently took the remote with him when he went to his truck after programming it, and Travis brought that with him too. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Direct Service Overhead again.

I needed garage door repair and they showed me the damaged parts and replaced them. Very fast. Recommended a package that was less than the individual items but actually fixed more. Also installed a remote keypad, which they stopped and picked up before showing up at the house.
