Friendliness and professionalism struck us first. It was necessary to leave the Eclipse for three days due to the amount of work needed. Brent found a replacement dash at a salvage yard, saving us about 75% of the cost of a new one. They replaced the heater core. Plugs and wires were replaced. Valve cover gaskets were replaced. They discovered that a body shop had failed to replug the radio antenna which caused it to stop working. They plugged it in and all is good. They also cleaned the headlights and replaced the battery in the keyless remote.
We talked on the phone several times to discuss the repairs, each time was very informative.
