It’s been great.

I took my wife's car to this service station one Saturday morning, and asked about how much they'd charge to re-balance and rotate all four tires. They quoted me a price, but then advised me to take some inspection for a lesser price, since as it included the balancing and rotation I wanted - along with other little knick-knack services (I think topping off the wiper fluid and such). I agreed to the inspection they advised, and my wife and I went about running our other errands.
Hours went by while we were out doing things, and they didn't call. Finally, in the mid-late afternoon, they called to notify me that the car was ready for pick-up. We returned to the station and paid the bill. While I was checking out, nobody said anything to us about not being able to fulfill the services we paid for. When I went to look at the tires (just to satisfy some curiosity that they actually did what I paid them to do), I found they hadn't!
I was upset. I brought the fact to the clerk's attention, and he said he'd have a technician pull the car back into a service-bay and rotate those tires. So, we waited in the lobby. After a while, he approached me to give me the technical reason why he couldn't allow the tires to be rotated.
I explained that: 1) the only service I asked them to perform was balancing and rotating the tires; 2) the entire reason I purchased the inspection was because his boss (some sort of manager) advised me to - since it included the service I requested for a lower price; 3) nobody called to notify me earlier in the day that they couldn't rotate the tires; 4) nobody notified me at the time of checkout that they couldn't rotate the tires; and 5) they still charged me the full price for the inspection. He refunded me the cost of rotating the tires, but kept the remainder of inspection cost (plus some fees).
I took the refund, and haven't returned. Caveat Emptor.

There is always room for improvement in any company but basically they do a good job. The workers are friendly and courteous. I also do not have to wait long at all.

This company is fair in price and according to who is working the staff is basically friendly. I am pleased with the service when I go.

We've have used them for several years and trust them. They do good work, and are reasonably priced. The car's been working fine since.
