23 days of trying to get the owner manager to contact me regarding the issue and still not even a missed call, voice mail or email. SO the issue is unresolved which conveys admission of guilt in creating the issue and lack of concern for customers and how the company is perceived. I will never use this company again and wish anyone luck who does.

For water extraction they were available when needed and did a great job. Contact person was good at explaining what was needed and the cost. They removed the baseboards carefully & let me save them for reuse & placed fans where needed. They were very professional and got the entire job done as efficiently as possible over 4 days. Would hire them again and recommend them.

With my first phone call, I was impressed with the professionalism and the detailed information I was given. The young man was very friendly and professional. He was attentive to what I wanted done and followed instructions to the tee. He offered additional services at a reasonable price and I accepted and he did a great job. The rates were very fair and the quality of the job was well worth the money.

I was extremely pleased on every level. The staff was friendly, professional and punctual. The results were outstanding. The carpet looks much better than I was anticipating. They took extra time to work on problem areas and got out stains that I thought would be there until the carpet was replaced. I highly recommend Desert Rose.

Glenn & Josh came in and went right to work moving furniture, preparing to clean my carpets. They wanted to address any concerns I had with any areas of the carpet before they got started. They followed through to make sure I was happy with everything before they left. I would highly recommend these two guys. We have a small business and know how important it is to find dependable employees that really care. I will definitely use them again.

I could not have asked for a better experience. I unintentionally waited to the last minute to try to find a company to come out and clean my carpets before Thanksgiving and was thinking I would not be too successful; however, much to my surprise Desert Rose came through and provided great service in a timely fashion and a very fair price. They even put the big furniture pieces that I couldn't get off the floor on small blocks that I could easily remove later. Much Thanks to Desert Rose and Angie's list.

It went well. They did a good job. There was some confusion over some work because it had extended over Thanks Giving and there were some miscommunications with one of their workers and so they were a couple of weeks longer than they had expected to be, but that was the only negative. The work was excellent and we were real pleased with the outcome. It was not not inexpensive but for the work they did I thought it was a fair deal.
Description of Work
We had a leak from an air conditioning unit, the condensation and they worked before on several things and they were actually involved in working with the floor and some of that to correct that damage. It came down to he wall and the hardwood floor and so basically what could be straightened out they did and then some of the other they actually had to cut it out and replace it.

They did a great job. They were punctual and I think were able to get spots I didn't think were possible to get out. My only issue was they had a deal through Angie's List to clean four rooms for $150. Once they got there, they indicated that to get some of the old pet stains and other various stains out, they would have to charge $10 per spot in addition. So the total bill ended up being $100 more then advertised. I understand, but wish the deal indicated clearly that additional charges were possible. In the end, I don't know if I got a good deal or not, but I was happy with the results, and they were very friendly and professional. I would recommend. Just ask questions about pricing on the front end. Lastly, they'll tell you that it'll dry in 4-8 hours. Not true. After 24 hours it was still damp. But it is what it is. Just a note of warning when planning moving furniture in.
