I was initially impressed with Mr Diaz. But my opinion changed drastically after they claimed to have everything completed, even after I immediately contacted him re: all new windows are sweating to the point of appearing to be leaking, all drywall tape is still visible after painting, new French door won't close correctly (and screws missing from installed hardware), ceiling scraped up above door they removed and relocated, no electrical outlet or light installed, no plywood installed for the floor, among other things. He now refuses to return and make needed corrections, after being paid over $5,500.00. So, I would not recommend his services to anyone.
