Mr. Beasley fit us in within a couple of hours after calling him. They quickly found the source and made the repair in the line. They were professional, polite and very neat. You can not tell where they dug the hole to do the repair.

I live in conway Ar and the work was performed at our summer home on Lake Ouchita at Navy/Lena landing. I called on s Wed and he went out that afternoon to determine what the problem was and called me the next day and told me what the problem was and the price for the work. The very next day he completed the work.

The staff was fine. They left the area very clean. The workers were very prompt. They did what they were hired to do and they did it well.

Professional repair and excellent work. Also found hidden leak under dishwasher that we could not see from the kitchen and front of dishwasher with kick plate removed.

Changed out a Water pressure valve

Lowe's hired them to install my new hot water heater. They could not come for 3 days, then they told me to be there noonish & they did not show up until 6:30 pm. They were unprofessional & they kept saying how they were ready to go home & the last house they were at kept them there way to long asking questions. They cursed in front of me. They decided to save time that they would not completely empty the hot water heater so they carried it out my front door half full & leaked water the whole way. All over my carpet. Finally at 8pm they were done. A few months later my hot water heater malfunctioned on a Thursday & the repair man had to come out. He showed up Friday & informed me that he could not touch it because there was not a gas shut off valve on it. (Which is illegal). So I called Lowes & they said that they no longer worked with that company. So I called the guy myself & told him what was wrong & told him that he needs to get out here ASAP & fix this mistake. He informs me that he is booked today and that it will be next Wednesday before he can get out there. I told him that was not acceptable & he finally fit me in Tuesday. So we went from Thursday to the next Tuesday with NO hot water. I was so mad I tell everyone I know NEVER TO USE BEASLEY PLUMBING!!!
