Description of Work: New exterior for my old 1935 house: Roof, walls, windows, doors, porch, sidewalk, light fixtures. Larry removed old siding from the house, insulated, and installed new custom siding with site-made trim. Perfectly-executed job, who did all the work himself. He is meticulous, conscientious, and a stickler for detail. I didn't have an inexperienced crew crawling all over my house. He does it to exact specifications, the old fashioned way. He also oversaw other crews: new stamped concrete porch, new Andersen windows, and electrical contractors who replaced exterior lighting fixtures. So he acted as my general contractor at no additional charge. I had already arranged windows before I engaged him or I would have had him do that work, too. He can do any kind of remodeling, carpentry, or construction such as decks. He is a find. Very reasonable prices for top-of-the-line work.
