Service Provider ResponseThe first day on this job our company worked from 7.30 AM until nearly midnight. Mrs. [member name removed] expressed sincere appreciation the entire day and at the end of the job that week, for the extra attention she got in her apartment... things like free bottles of extra cleaner & additional air scrubbers to ensure her husbands safety... I learned from the BBB (where she also filed a complaint) she was unhappy with the length of time it took to clean her rugs and with the quality of the cleaning... I immediately filled a answer with them explaining that I informed the customer upfront they would take extra time to be done. I knew it would take more than just a "normal" cleaning process... As far as the quality issue, I am speachless. I have photos of the rugs I can make available and statements from the 6 people who worked on cleaning them... Mr. [member name removed] recently had a transplant so we were extra cautious about the rug cleaning & repeated the process multiple times... Mrs. [member name removed] never complained to me at any time. This complaint states that things were missing. This is the first I have heard about that. The city workers and construction company workers were also in her home. All of our supplies were disposable... Gloves, rags by the case and etc... I hope this clears things up... There was a construction company involved, the city & the tennants of a four plex. I believe the other people deserve privacy but I also felt like I needed to respond. We worked hard to impress everyone. We showed up in less than a hour. We extracted all of the floors, cleaned all the floors, packed and help move furniture & furnishings off site, set up air movers, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers, did a chemical application, took measurements and began a monitoring process, took affected materials off site to be cleaned, disinfected & discarded cleaning supplies as needed (to prevent cross contamination), removed & disposed of all saturated carpets and padding, did all necessary documentation for a insurance claim (so she had zero out of pocket costs), we even moved the appliances in the 4 plex (to clean under them) and disinfected the outside porches!
