Only cleaned part of the sofa and didn't get spots out or get it cleaned. I got an estimate from them and after they did the job, they tried to charge me $20 more than estimate with no reason why. Tech accused me of "trying to Jew me down". Refused to clean back or side of sofa. I requested a refund from owner as I was going to have to hire someone else to do the job right. He refused. I called another company and their rep came out. She also said the sofa wasn't properly cleaned.

I like them a lot. They do really good work. They are personable and contentious. They had to get up grease stains recently and they did a really good job. I would give them an A+.

Guys were very responsive and professional. Took them about 3 hours to complete both sides of my duplex. All the stains that I thought were permanent got removed. Overall great service.

They are the most professional and personable group of people I have dealt with. Went above and beyond service requested with no additional charges. If they thought it needed to be done they just did it! You just don't find service like that today! Good Christian values and would rather give free service than have a disappointed customer. Anyone that doesn't agree would be wrong I have used this company for over 8 years and never had a complaint!! Use them for anything if you want good service

We had a major flood in our apartment complex due to heavy rains. Water pouring out of the bathtub and comodes. Mud and water. 7:30 in the morning. This affected all 4 apartments in our complex. In my panic, I called the first company in the phone book for flood clean up. Yes they responded quickly, but that was just the beginning of a downhill ordeal.
This was an extremely overwhelming thing to happen to anyone. You just deperately need it fixed. Add in to the situation a spouse who is very ill and you are at wits end. A company that specializes in this kind of clean up would be expected to provide their own tools of the trade. Such as towels, brooms, mops, etc. Not the case, most all of my cleaning items needed to be replaced due to disappearing after the event. Also one of the crew was just flat out rude to my husband at one point. Not what I would call professional service.
There were 4 area rugs that they took to clean and sterilize. I began to worry after 2 weeks of not hearing back from them. Several phone calls later, numerous assorted excuses, 46 days had pased. They finally delivered them to me.. With assurances that they were finished. They were NOT CLEANED at all. The huge plum of dust that billowed off the shag rug was my first clue! Closer examination of all rugs indicated that none of them had been cleaned at all. I had to throw them away because of my husbands health condition, the rugs were not SAFE for him to be around.
To say I would never reccomend this company again is an understatement.

"The first day on this job our company worked from 7.30 AM until nearly midnight. Mrs. [member name removed] expressed sincere appreciation the entire day and at the end of the job that week, for the extra attention she got in her apartment... things like free bottles of extra cleaner & additional air scrubbers to ensure her husbands safety... I learned from the BBB (where she also filed a complaint) she was unhappy with the length of time it took to clean her rugs and with the quality of the cleaning... I immediately filled a answer with them explaining that I informed the customer upfront they would take extra time to be done. I knew it would take more than just a "normal" cleaning process... As far as the quality issue, I am speachless. I have photos of the rugs I can make available and statements from the 6 people who worked on cleaning them... Mr. [member name removed] recently had a transplant so we were extra cautious about the rug cleaning & repeated the process multiple times... Mrs. [member name removed] never complained to me at any time. This complaint states that things were missing. This is the first I have heard about that. The city workers and construction company workers were also in her home. All of our supplies were disposable... Gloves, rags by the case and etc... I hope this clears things up... There was a construction company involved, the city & the tennants of a four plex. I believe the other people deserve privacy but I also felt like I needed to respond. We worked hard to impress everyone. We showed up in less than a hour. We extracted all of the floors, cleaned all the floors, packed and help move furniture & furnishings off site, set up air movers, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers, did a chemical application, took measurements and began a monitoring process, took affected materials off site to be cleaned, disinfected & discarded cleaning supplies as needed (to prevent cross contamination), removed & disposed of all saturated carpets and padding, did all necessary documentation for a insurance claim (so she had zero out of pocket costs), we even moved the appliances in the 4 plex (to clean under them) and disinfected the outside porches! They are the best! We moved out of a home we were renting. Of course, that home needed to be cleaned thoroughly in order to get our deposit back. After 2 weeks of moving in the evenings after work, we were exhausted. We called Pro Clean on a Saturday for work on Monday & they fit us into the schedule. We checked on the house Monday night after work, & it was the emaculate! Definitely cleaner than when we moved in! Thanks Pro Clean!
