Professional. He found the line we needed by seeing where the air vent was then followed it back to the septic. Rootered out hair and baby wipes.

Had a toilet that wouldn't flush. Had my independent plumber try to fix it, didn't have equipment to repair line. Called another company and waiting a week for them to show up. When they did didn't bring the proper equipment. After calling them manager said he didn't care and told me had to wait another 5 days. I called my independent plumber and recommended Precision. Call and they sent a plumber out the next day. This was a Friday afternoon. Couldn't get enough of the water out to see with a camera what was going on. Coming back Monday. Had to wait until Wednesday plumbers out sick. By this time getting frustrated. Worried that maybe have a broken pipe or belly in the line, and would have to jack hammer into the floor to fix.
But when Matt showed up he decided to rotor router it again. Finally got through and everything was fine. Just stuff stuck at a 90 degree turn in the line. Saved us thousands of dollars. Had me look at the entire line so I knew it was cleared. Will call them again for plumbing problems.

This is my second time to use Precision Plumbing and they are definitely top rate. Professional from first contact until the job is finished. Prices are very reasonable and they are responsive. They do what they say in meeting appointments and in the quality of their work. In the Cabot area, Precision Plumbing is my choice for plumbing needs!

I called that morning to see when I could schedule a plumber to come by install faucet in the master bathroom and I was surprised when they suggested later that afternoon. The plumber was on time as scheduled and was very nice to deal with. He started right in on the job. After turning off the water he removed the old hardware. He came and explained to me that my existing hardware was Delta and so was the piece I was replacing it with. He said the valves were the same. He asked if I needed them changed. I suggested he leave in the existing ones as we were just having them changed for the color of the hardware. He swapped out the faucet and handles and just charged me a trip charge. My wife was happy with how everything looked, and of course if she's happy I'm happy.

Clayton arrived earlier than they originally thought they would. This was fine with me. Clayton was very professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them again. I‘d reccomend them to anyone needing a great plumbing company.

I was VERY pleased with Precision Plumbing! Josh and his crew were prompt, knowledgable, and went above and beyond what I had expected. Here's what happened:
9/5/12- I filed a claim with my homeowners warranty (AHS) because of a sewage smell when I ran the washing machine. AHS informed me that Precision plumbing would be out to inspect the issue, and within a few hours, Precision contacted me to schedule an appointment.
9/7/12- Josh and his crew arrived (on time) and diagnosed that we had a hole in our drain pipe that was dumping water into our crawl space. They were going to turn in their quote to get approval from AHS to do the necessary work.
9/8/12 - 9/19/12 - Multiple calls to AHS... This was very frustrating because anything over $114 in repairs needs to be approved by and quot;someoneand quot; of authority at AHS. Each time I would call there would be a new claims rep that would handle my call, and each time they would tell me the same story... and quot;we have escalated your claim and are awaiting approvaland quot;... Like I said, frustrating. Finally after speaking to a supervisor multiple times I was informed that Precision was authorized to complete the work.
9/19/12- Spoke with Precision and set an appointment to do the work.
9/20/12- Josh and a helper fixed the drain, but when testing for leaks after they were done, discovered there was also a drain pipe in the wall behind the kitchen sink. Guess what we had to do now... Ask AHS to approve the repair, oh boy...
9/24/12- AHS informs me that they will not cover the additional leak because I have already used up the $500 max per contract cycle that can be spent on plumbing. I guess I am to blame for not properly reading my contract were it states and quot;per aggregateand quot;... In my head I assumed that to mean per instance... You know what they say when you assume, right?... Anyway, in their opinion this leak was something Precision should have included in the original estimate.
(Here is the awesome part about Precision Plumbing)
I spoke with Josh, and even though we both agreed that it was next to impossible to know that a completely sperate drain was also leaking, Precision would fix the issue despite AHS saying they would not pay for this additional repair. I refused to let Precision eat the cost of what I though should be covered by AHS (or by me since I don't know how to read a contract), but they insisted because they wanted to maintain their relationship with AHS and with me as a customer. How refreshing is that!!
9/27/12 (12:00pm)- Precision showed up and fixed the kitchen sink drain.
9/27/12 (3:00pm)- I used my dishwasher for the first time in over 3 weeks!!!!
THANK YOU PRECISION PLUMBING!!!!

Precision Plumbing is the retail division of another plumbing company in Cabot that I use. When I call them, they are always there. They are very quick. They are very efficient. They surprised me. Most of the companies in Arkansas that I have dealt prior to doing everything myself are so lazy that they don't get out of their own shadows. I have had a couple of people work plumbing and I call Precision about the best. They are punctual and they really know and they really care what they are doing and they want to make their customers happy. I have called them already and they said they would try and get somebody out here as soon as they could. I go outside sometimes if it is outside work and I see them working out there and they haven't even knocked on the door. They come in and do the job and get it done right. I have never had one thing go wrong with them either in appointments that they have made or in work that they have done. They are the home or retail division of another plumbing company which is now considered as the industrial division. Whatever they charged me I thought was very fair for the service. I think very highly of their work. Their responsiveness is very good. They are very very good and very professional. They are just top notch. I used to be in New York and I am used to service like that all the time. You don't find that down here. That's how exceptional they are. I would always use Precision in the future. I automatically call up and tell them to do the job. I trust them that much.

This is a short story. Wade unclogged the kitchen drain in less time than it took me to clean out the cabinet to get to the pipes. Then he shut off the water and replaced the guts in a 30 year old Delta valve in the bath. I called after noon and they got to it the same day too. Excellent.

I called and set an appointment. They arrived promptly and gave me an estimate and scheduled the work for the next day. Next day, they removed the old water heater and installed the new one with a drain pan. Additionally, they needed to add a drain line to the outside and gave me 2 options. To have it run inside the interior wall or to have it hung where it would show (inside the garage). I chose to have it inside the wall and they cut the wallboard with minimal damage. They did advise me that they do not do wallboard repair so I arranged for that myself. I am satisfied with the work done.

I had a warranty so I did not have to pay anything. It went well, working with them. They did a really good job. This was the first time I had used their services.

They came out on a weekend to do the job and I thought that was great. They were very polite and respectful. They came out when they were expected to and we didn t hear anything out of them. They got their job done and they were gone.
