My neighbor already had a regular pest control agreement with Terminix and asked for an estimate for termite protection. We were impressed with the completeness of the presentation and the price was better than the other bid we had. The work was done the same week that we signed the contract. All work was finished within 2-3 hrs. Very professional and courteous workman.

The first time their was no prior phone call letting us know to expect them at my mother's home. We just found a notice on the front door. Then we received a bill for services rendered. We call and we're told unless a house's basement or crawlspace along with the outside were inspected. To have their policy be in force/active/complete. We call and complained as to why we should pay for an incomplete service. The scheduled a second appointment. Second verse same as the first. We call again and complained. Telephone representative of Terminix was rude. We got a third Inspection on the scheduled day just not the in the time window that we were told.

I am on an annual contract with them and they do a very good job. They are prompt and if we do need to call them for extra service they are very punctual. I will use them again in the future.

I switched to Terminix from another company for better service. They are professionals. Every person that has come from Terminix to do some work have been above and beyond in terms of professionalism compared to the previous company. Shortly after the normal service they came back to do some more. They give great service when it comes to indoor and outdoor pests. They technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough in their job. They make sure they cover everything. We have kids and they make sure they use things which fade without being dangerous. They are a good company to work with.

We knew that they were more expensive but was wary of local companies and whether they would be around if termite infestation occurred. Their service onsite was fine. We recently sold the house and there was a mix up with the bill. It took us several weeks to finally speak to the local manager. We ended up paying $270 for a termite bond that was not due for over a month. He stated that the bill is due whenever they send it and confirmed that if they send a bill several months in advance, it is due then. We have terminated their services. Most frustrating was not being able to resolve or even understand the issue because no one would call us back.

The only complaint I have with Terminix is that they had left my fence unlocked and my dog got out. I called them on it. The man confessed that it was his fault. He was very professional about it. It was just a huge risk to my dog. Otherwise, I am pleased with them in full and glad they admit when they do something wrong. I thought that was fairly honorable.

The people from Terminix are very nice. They always give me a written report about what they found, and always show up on time. We are very satisfied with the service we get from Terminix. I would recommend them to friends and family and will continue using them myself.

I don't like the fact that in Alabama, a termite bonding is required if you are going to sell your home, but I do appreciate what Terminix does. They always show up on time, and always call ahead of time to make sure I am going to be home. The only thing I don't like about is them is their prices, which keep going up.

We have not seen one bug since Terminix has been coming out and spraying for all types of bugs. They also come out once every four months to check the termite stakes. We are very happy with their service. They even schedule the visits to work around your schedule.

I am not sure of the price, as my husband paid the bills. However, I do know that we did call around for other estimates and we decided to stay with Terminix. They must use a great product, because we haven't had any problems with termites. They didn't bait the trap anymore, as they have some new kind of system that they use.

I have had no problems with Terminix so far. Once a month, they call me to say someone is coming out to spray for bugs. The gentleman who comes out always shows up on time, and it is always the same person. We have been using Terminix for years. The only drawback to using Terminix is their prices, which are a little high. I can say that no matter what bug problem you have, Terminix is always willing to come out and try to treat the problem. I will continue to use Terminix. My wife and I would give them a "B" for overall experience.

We pay a yearly cost for the spraying of termites in our home. We are free of any termites because their service is so effective. They do a great job and we are always satisfied with their service. The technicians are very experienced with the chemicals they use and they do a through job each time they come.

They took about a half an hour the last time they were here. They checked inside and just around the outside too. They were thorough and if I saw any bugs or thought I had a problem, I could call them back out anytime because they guaranteed their work. I was happy with them and have been for years.

I have had a contract with them for years now. Thankfully, I have not had any problems with them at all. The guys sprayed around my deck the last time that they were out, just as a precautionary measure. They generally have just had to do their annual inspection, and we have always had a "clean bill of health" with them.

I had a wonderful experience with Terminix. My niece had just bought her own home and decided that she wanted to dig up some flowers from my backyard to put in her yard. She went out to the back of my home, and I have some steps that are decorated with old railroad ties. Some very nasty wasps had made a nest in the ties, and my niece ended up getting stung over 20 times. I just was not sure who to call, so I called Terminix. It is not within the service contract I have with them, but within 20 minutes, someone was at my front door to spray for and get rid of the wasps. I was so very grateful Terminix was there for me. I won't ever use anyone other than Terminix again.

We have been with Terminix for a very long time and they have always done a superb job. So when we moved to our new home three years ago, they naturally were a part of the home maintenance. They let us know when they are coming well before the appointment and rarely keep us waiting for long. We have not had a serious insect problem since hiring them and we don't expect that to change.

We had a problem with ants, so we called Terminix. They sent someone out to our home the next day to inspect. He immediately told us what the problem was and how we could resolve it. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about bugs. Since they have started coming, we have no issues at all with ants.

I thought that for $600 dollars it was pretty expensive but the good thing was that I haven't seen any termites. They showed up right away. After the house was inspected, we did have a termite problem. I would recommend them to a friend or a neighbor.

We got the same guy to come to our home overtime. He was just wonderful to us. He did a very good job of checking the home over thoroughly and accessing if we had any problem. He was very polite and respectful to us and nice to have around. We have been fortunate and haven't had any termites, but we like to be safe and have them checked.
