Description of Work: quarterly pest control & annual termite bond as well which is additional fee. free in-between extra services as needed. I have been a very long-term customer. my main frustration is scheduling. Their local & corporate offices have inadequate scheduling software/communication that have caused several problems with them not showing up or showing up when they shouldn't.

Description of Work: Three times they did not show up,left word for them to call before they came out and they never did.looked under the house with flashlight and said ok.manger was to call 2 months ago have not called as of today9/9/2014".They go up almost ever 6 months.Would not use them anymore.
