I would highly recommend Michael and his crew at HAPSS. They were respectful, did what they said they would do. Cleaned up after themselves. Great quality work. What very little mistakes made was promptly fixed. They turned my sunroom into a bathroom. Definitely outside a normal renovation. Wish I could share pictures.

Had a few mishaps and issues during/after the renovation but Michael did come and talk to me face to face to work out the problems and correct the situation which shows strong character and that is probably the most important thing when hiring a contractor.

Michael's work was superb. I would recommend him to anyone

He does amazing work. He is more geared to satisfying the customer than making a huge profit off someone. He is very detail oriented. I can't say enough about him, he does fantastic work.

He provided great customer service. He was on schedule, he stayed in close contact with me which was awesome and stayed on task. He did not jump job to job, he stayed here till completed. He is very knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. If I had any questions, he responded with an answer immediately to my emails and text. He listened and guided me through the process. I will definitely hire him again for future projects. It was an excellent experience.
