Vincent Johns was excellent. First one to respond . Was here in 40 minutes or less. Troubleshooted a few different things and narrowed down the problem. It was actually fun and educational. He showed and told us everything he was doing while he was doing it in case this ever arose again. My wife and I doubt it will. Was upfront about pricing and I felt he kinda undercharged us. Do not know about other companies but you should ask about pricing before they come to your home because there will be a big trip charge but not with APS GARAGE DOOR. SO ASK. You will save money.

My garage door was totally inoperable due to an incorrect installation. Vincent Johns called within 5 minutes and arrived at my house in 45 minutes. The garage door spring had pulled loose from the wall and was wedged against the garage door. Vincent was able to disassemble the entire mess and reattach the spring properly to the wall. He put it all back together and realigned everything and now the door is working like new. I was very impressed.
