APS Garage Door

Vincent arrived on time and came with everything he needed to complete the repair on my garage door. Vincent saw what needed to be done, he explained what was needed to be fixed (the big spring above the garage door had broken and the bar had slipped down) AND he gave me a reasonable price. Vincent had the new spring with him and he went right to work replacing the broken spring. Vincent examined the rest of the door and the door opener to be sure it was all in working order. I was so impressed! Vincent did not try to get me to fix unnecessary parts of the garage door or the garage door opener as other techs tried to do. Vincent was friendly, knowledgeable and a real gentleman. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs projects done at their home. It was pleasure meeting him and I would hire him again.

After explaining the trouble I was having I was given a estimate for the work which was a service call. After no other problems were found. The problem was fixed and door maintenance was preformed I was well pleased with service and would recommend them.

Vincent was prompt and was able to access the condition quickly. He obtained a new garage door opener and replaced it with in the time period and price that he stated. Would recommend him and use him again.

Garage door broke on a Saturday evening. Got a call within minutes of posting a service request from Vincent who said he could fix it and will do so next day which was Super Bowl Sunday! I thought I needed a new door but he made the necessary repairs for just a small labor fee.

My garage door is doing the same thing it did before (it will not stay down) the gentleman came and worked in it and charged $70.00. I still have a problem with my garage door!

Vince had injured his leg -hobbling badly-did not deter his appointment with me-arrived on time,assessed the problem,made repairs in less than one hour. I will hire him again.

Their work in comparison to quality, knowledge of work to be performed, cost of service performed was so much better and most reasonable in cost. He was timely, efficient , polite and cost effective. They will be my first call on all matters concerning our garage doors.

I highly recommend Vincent - he lives around 50 miles from my home, but was able to target what needed to be done over the phone. An earlier company (same day) sent an estimate for $1700+ to replace the garage doors. Vincent replaced one bracket and the garage door works perfectly - repair less than $150. I appreciate his persistence in trying to reach me (even Christmas Day) and was happy he was the one to do the repair.
