Quite well. We've had them come to our house for over a year now. They do all the things that are hard to keep done - mopping, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc. We are very glad to have them.

MaidPro reps showed up but did not clean up the rug residue from the floors, did not clean or shine my floors. Some areas of the house they did not clean at all and the did not vacuum the carpet in one of the bed rooms.

All went well. When services ended I requested a return of my key. Got the envelope, but no key. Complained but got no response.

The Maid pro Girls are quick and do a good job Check behind them and if there is a problem they will send someone out to reclean.

Professionalism and they have a check list and follow it verbatim. They clean just what we want cleaned unless we tell them to do the whole house. They did what they said what they were going to do and used the check list and leave me a copy of the check list every time. They also give me a chance to give feed back every time thru an e-mail.

They did a good job. I get the same people, and that is what is important to me. Allison is the lead person on the team of two people, and she is pretty much with me every time. That is important to have the same person. At least one of the same people every time. That way they know what has to be done, and they are familiar with the house. They know what to do. I don't have to keep telling them what to do. They clean six rooms, counting the kitchen, and one and a half baths, plus laundry room. So that is seven rooms, plus an bath and a half. It takes about an hour and an hour and half, to two hours. That is why they send two people.

Over the 5 years that I've used this service, I have been very satisfied with the proficiency and quality of service of the MaidPro maids who have regularly cleaned our home. My only disappointment has been with the turnover of personnel. However, MaidPro has consistently worked with me in matching me with a maid that I like and with whom I am comfortable. As often as possible, they send her alone (per my request) to clean my home on my desired day and time of the week. MaidPro also is eager to receive my feedback and to act to correct any problems that I report.

The first time the housekeepers cleaned the oven, microwave, fridge, and the deep cleaned the house. Since the have changed scheduled around my schedule, and cleaned the house very well. They are prompt for the appointment.

I have had three visits from MaidPro. Before hiring them I was told I could expect to routinely have the same service provider or providers, and if that wasn't possible (of course life happens) they would let us know. Each visit has been different cleaners (they didn't let us know ahead of time). Two of the three times the cleaning was great, the other just okay. Cleaners have been professional. They were late to the most recent visit but didn't let me know- I had to call them and was told they'd be an hour late but it was actually over two. Because they had told me before the first visit and after the second (when I wanted to clarify that I had not misunderstood their policies) that they would communicate any changes in schedule or personnel, it's disappointing that they didn't.
