J & S Steamway Carpet Cleaning

They are awesome. We use them exclusively for our property management company. They do all of our properties. I have been using them for about the last nine years and they probably do five or six jobs a week. I know I have two jobs for them tomorrow.

The last service was horrible and I will not use them again. He cleaned half the carpet and he was in a real big hurry so it was wet. When he got to the second part of it he did not get it clean. It was right in a line like they ran out of detergent or soap. I don't know what the deal was so I called and complained and did not get any results. I ended up cleaning the carpet myself because he did a horrible job. The quality was poor.

The work turned out great. It was beautiful. They were here on time, did a good job and everything looked good. I was not actually here when they did it, but my husband was. My husband was real happy with them too. The price was a little bit more than I anticipated.

It went very well. They are very good. We've used them several times and we like them. They came properly. They did the work promptly and well. It was a positive experience. The price was reasonable.

They have always given me good service. Their price was competitive.

The work turned out excellent. They got it on the schedule right away, completed the work on time as agreed to and I have no complaints. They are more expensive than other competitors, but you get what you pay for in carpet cleaning.

They did a fab job. We have used them before and everything was pretty dry. We asked for one of their competent guys. They vacuumed and there was no furniture. It was a really good experience. It was quick.

We have used them several times and we keep having them come back because they have done well. Their service and work is good. They are efficient and we have been pleased with them. We have lived here for 20 years and we have only used them. Their price is reasonable and their work is good for the price they charge. We have not had problems with them and always have the same person come out.

They have always done a good job although it has been about a year since we used them. The project was pretty expensive. I think they are probably on the higher end of the price scale, but they do a good job. They have good equipment, good personnel and are clean and neat. They do a quality job, there is no question about it. There were no real issues. The last time I used them I had some deck cushions that needed to be re-cleaned and I was not told that there was a minimum charge so I was quite surprised when I got the bill. It cost me quite a bit more than I was anticipating. That is probably my fault and not theirs. Their quality of service is always good.

The experience has been great and they have been out three times. I continue to use them because they always do a good job of cleaning. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

They did very nice work. I have had them shampooed for me three times. The first time I had a residual odor and they came and took care of it at no costs. They came again and did my entire house and they really do nice work. They are very professional, terrific and I highly recommend them. The last visit was just my downstairs and I have 14 stairs so they didn't do the upstairs bedroom. What I like is that they have multiple tiers of service. For instance, if you had a particular dirty area or if pet odor or allergy issues they can kind of key into those. I am not a pet owner so I did not have to pay for that pay for that premium service. I could tailor make it for my needs and I appreciated that. They called to follow up on their service and to make sure that I was thoroughly satisfied. They were professional and curious and having them in our home wasn't strange.

They did a very nice job. They were quick in responding and we were 100 percent satisfied with the job. We had one room in the stairway done.

They have done a very good work for us. They were consistent with their job. The price has always been reasonable for the type of work that they do. They show up when they are supposed to.

Wonderful! It turned out really great. They were very professional and they did a very good job. We call them every year to come and clean ours. Wouldn't use any other company.

They were professional and on time. They cleaned up behind themselves and then went on to the next. It was kind of hard to get in touch with them when their phones go to an automatic robot. I haven't called them back.

They did fine. The have worked for me twice and we have white carpets now. The are more expensive than other carpet cleaners but they do a better job.

They’re okay. We’ve been using them for years. They started to come here when we bought this out and we’ve using them ever since. We’ve been with them ever since they’ve been in business here. My wife likes the system that they use. We’ve never had any problem or difficulty.

Fine! They have done a nice job. When we had a problem, they corrected it. The owner came out and inspected it. They were professional and on time.

I have used them many times and they do a good job. I have like 700 square feet. They have been there a long time and they do a solid job. I will always use them. They are expensive. They are punctual.
