They have always given me good service. Their price was competitive.

They have always done a good job although it has been about a year since we used them. The project was pretty expensive. I think they are probably on the higher end of the price scale, but they do a good job. They have good equipment, good personnel and are clean and neat. They do a quality job, there is no question about it. There were no real issues. The last time I used them I had some deck cushions that needed to be re-cleaned and I was not told that there was a minimum charge so I was quite surprised when I got the bill. It cost me quite a bit more than I was anticipating. That is probably my fault and not theirs. Their quality of service is always good.

They were good and seemed more professional than another company I had shampoo the carpet once before. J & S did a very good job. Nothing else particular stood out.

They did a fab job. We have used them before and everything was pretty dry. We asked for one of their competent guys. They vacuumed and there was no furniture. It was a really good experience. It was quick.

We have not had problems with them and always have the same person come out.

The work turned out great. It was beautiful. They were here on time, did a good job and everything looked good. I was not actually here when they did it, but my husband was. My husband was real happy with them too. The price was a little bit more than I anticipated.

I have not had anything from them recently, but I have used them in the past and I really love the job they do. They seemed pretty knowledgeable. When they were cleaning the stairs they explained why stairs get dirty in the areas they do, especially with the basement underneath. They were not pushy trying to do a sales job. I have had other carpet cleaning services do that. This company would offer to do my upholstery and say it was one of their services, but they did not tell me I really needed it done, which other companies have done. I just thought they were very polite and courteous of the environment there. They were thoughtful of not letting the dog out. I definitely want to use them again and have used them for at least two years in a row. I have been pretty happy. I have done carpet cleaning cheaper, but the service was not as good. Their pricing could be better, but it is not as bad as some. They were very prompt.

They did a great job. Everybody liked the deal.

The experience has been great and they have been out three times. I continue to use them because they always do a good job of cleaning. I have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

He never returned my call back when I told him my couches and easy chair they did still had a smell in it. I have not heard back from them. There also was a couple of spots still on the floor and I told the lady when she called. They have not returned my call. The guy who did it was named Nick Terrell. I don't know if they are going to come over and redo it.

It was great. What stood out was just the final product, the carpet and the fact that he put the protection coating on for free. The price is too high.

They do a really good job and they are nice people but you have to be willing to pay their price. You can get your carpets done in the Anchorage area for half the price. They were running a little late at that time.

It went well. The people were horrible who were living in our rentals. The carpets were really stained.
