J & S Steamway Carpet Cleaning

Description of Work: We have used J&S Steamway to clean our carpet every year for the last 5 or 6 years. We had a small problem last year when part of the carpet did not dry completely in one room and there was some mold growth. I called them and they offered to come clean that section again but we were able to clean it ourselves and the mold didn't return. I really would've appreciated if they had given us some sort of refund, but it wasn't a deal breaker. That was the first time we'd ever had an issue and we plan on using them again. Besides last years' incident, I am always very pleased with how clean our carpet gets and the professionalism of the technicians.

Description of Work: They cleaned my oriental area rug. They picked it up on the date/time promised, called to arrange a convenient delivery time when complete, and arrived as promised. DThe cleaning was perfect!

Description of Work: J & S Steamway did an outstanding job. I have a large black dog and have had two dogs prior to my current one. My carpets are light colored and 18 years old. They need to be replaced, but I won't do it until my current dog is no longer with me. (I hope that's a long time!) Needless to say, my carpets were in bad shape. The technician was very thorough. My carpets looked much better than I had hoped they would. I am a fan!

Description of Work: Nic did the work, he was very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable about carpet, chemicals to clean special spots. He cleansed the entire house including 2 flights of stairs. It looks great! And 4 months later it still looks really good.

Description of Work: Sold my 3,800sf Anchorage home & moved to Oregon. Most of the home was 14 yr old original carpet but in good condition. The new buyers did not want to replace it so I had it professionally cleaned. If I still lived in Anchorage I would definitely use J&S Steamway again!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in three bedrooms and a hall, and treated it with stain protectant. It went very well. I liked that he explained that the anti-stain treatment was entirely optional, but he thought it was worth it.

Description of Work: The rug cleaning was scheduled as soon as I contacted them. "T" and a helper arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the rug. It was delivered when scheduled. The rug has never been cleaned so nicely. It looks fantastic.
