Description of Work: They cleaned my oriental area rug. They picked it up on the date/time promised, called to arrange a convenient delivery time when complete, and arrived as promised. DThe cleaning was perfect!

Description of Work: We have used J& S Steamway since they opened their door for business.They service ALL our carpet cleaning needs from minor to major. We appreciate their pickup and delivery service for our large area carpets. Their stain removal options have never failed to please. They are prompt,professional and well trained. Why would we even explore other rug cleaning options? In my opinion they are simply the best! |I have referred them to many over the years and frankly have never heard anything but positive feedback. Did I mention they saved a favorite wool carpet runner that had a run in with a dropped and then broken bottle of red wine?

Description of Work: Cleaned two rooms, the high traffic areas (hallways), and the couch. Started a little late. She was professional. Explained what she was going to do and that some of the stains might come back. Had problems with the equipment. Once that was fixed everything went well. Would use again.

Description of Work: I have had J and S steam clean our carpets a few times and I am pleased with the quality and attentiveness to detail the operator is.

Description of Work: Nic did the work, he was very professional and pleasant. Very knowledgeable about carpet, chemicals to clean special spots. He cleansed the entire house including 2 flights of stairs. It looks great! And 4 months later it still looks really good.

Description of Work: Sold my 3,800sf Anchorage home & moved to Oregon. Most of the home was 14 yr old original carpet but in good condition. The new buyers did not want to replace it so I had it professionally cleaned. If I still lived in Anchorage I would definitely use J&S Steamway again!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet in three bedrooms and a hall, and treated it with stain protectant. It went very well. I liked that he explained that the anti-stain treatment was entirely optional, but he thought it was worth it.

Description of Work: The rug cleaning was scheduled as soon as I contacted them. "T" and a helper arrived at the scheduled time to pick up the rug. It was delivered when scheduled. The rug has never been cleaned so nicely. It looks fantastic.
