Overall they did a good job. I felt that the technican rushed to get the job done. He did not walk through the house with after the job was done.

Very prompt and was able to schedule cleaning (unlike few other providers) in a few days at a reasonable price. Called to confirm date, and called at day-of to keep me updated. All the stains were gone. Process was seamless throughout. Would use them again.

All spots were removed and the carpets looked great! The carpets looked new again. We have two boys and a carpeted dining area, and all the food stains were removed from this area. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Zach was on time, very professional, very courteous and explained in detail the procedure. He moved furniture that I wasn't able to move, then cleaned the carpets and sofa. Excellent job. My carpets look brand new. My sofa also looks great. I will use this company in the future. I would recommend this company to anyone. Victor called me back promptly with an estimate and sent Zach out to do my carpet. Zach arrived as scheduled and was very pleasant and professional. I had a lot of carpet to be cleaned and Zach worked alone to complete a very big job for one person to do without help. He did an excellent job and worked hard the entire day to get it done. I was so impressed with this young man's work ethic! I hope Victor knows what a great employee he has!

I had requested estimates from 3 Angie's List vendors. Victor from Best Deal was the only one to respond.; and he respoonded promptly. I also had called 2 other local vendors for estimates while waiting for a respnse from someone on Angie's list. Best Deal was indeed the "best" deal. Victor arrived promptly. When he arrived, my houseguest was leaving. He was very much a gentleman and asked if she would like him to carry her luggage upstairs for her. I was impressed. He reviewed what I wanted done.... and, got right to work. I had company and we were in an adjoining room. Victor took the cushions from the couch and brought them downstairs so he would not disturb us. Very considerate. When he was close to being done, I went downstairs to retrieve my checkbook. I was blown away on what an excellent job Victor and his helper did. My goal was to mainly have it cleaned.. He was able to remove stains I thought would be impossible to remove. His work far exceeded my expectation. His price very reasonable. I actually gave him above what was billed, to me the time and quality of work warranted it . My guests all wanted his business card. They were also impressed. I will use him again, and recommend him to others.

The carpets were in horrible shape, with lots of stains and filthy. The provider cleaned the carpets the best he could and told me that if any of the stains reappeared he would come back. Sure enough some stains reappeared and I called him and he came out with in a couple of days and got the stains out. He did an amazing job, his customer service was outstanding and very professional.

We're in the property management business. It's tough to find a reliable carpet cleaner who understands that putting shampoo on a carpet merely drives it into the pad and doesn't result in a cleaner whole carpet. Steaming a carpet on the other hand removes all dirt and any residual problems from the pad. Best Deal steams the carpet as we recommend. These guys went the extra mile and removed two red Kool Aid type stains from the living room next to an easy chair and a table. (Granddaughters are great but a bit messy.) Tough stain to remove. We thought they were permanently set but they got the stains out. We will use them regularly for our managed properties as well as our own. And, finally, we found them on Angie's List! Jim Crawford. Professional, polite and job well done. Also very accommodating... He came out on short notice to do the cleaning before all our furniture was moved in. Will call again in a couple months for another cleaning.

I called to schedule carpet cleaning with Best Deal Steam Carpet Cleaning for my rental home located in Anchorage. The owner answered my call and was incredibly friendly. He cut me a break on the cleaning since the home was empty. He was punctual (early even) for the service, very friendly & courteous, efficient and thorough. The carpets looked great. He collected payment over the phone after the work was completed.

It went great. I plan on using Best Deal Steam Cleaning again this summer

AThe technician was extremely punctual, kind and honest. We left him alone at home while running some errands and everything was in perfect shape. when we came back he had already left but the house was in impeccable condition and the door locked.

Vinny was prompt, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He did a great job! He also took the time to explain how the carpet looked and how to make it look better and used the right stuff to get rid of some pet smells from the previous people.

Cleaned 5X8 orientation synthetic rug both front and back. They put a tarp under it so the laminate floor would not get wet. The carpet is 18 years old and has lived through 9 dogs. And all their shenanigans. Smells nice now but they did say they would clean again if the smells returned. So far so good.

When I called to schedule the job, they were able to fit me in very quickly. Vinney came out and did a fantastic job!!! My husband was home when the cleaning was done, and said that Vinney worked harder than anyone he has ever seen. He said that Vinney went over & over the carpet numerous times until it was deeply clean. Vinney also cleaned the wood moldings throughout the house & I was thrilled!!! When I got home from work, I could not believe how wonderful the carpet looked, and the house smelled very clean with a hint of oranges. I could tell the pad was clean because, when you walked on the carpet, it felt "springy". Also, the carpet was fairly dry for just being cleaned. This is the only company that advertised STEAM cleaning, and the results proved that they indeed use steam. Thank you for working so hard, Vinney!!! We will have this company clean for us from now on!!!
