Description of Work: Cleaned my place for a move out. There was no business logos on any of the gear, vehicle ect. The gentlemen was nice although seemed like he was only doing the job as a favor to the owner. He could not take a credit card so I had to run to the ATM last minute.

+ -1 moreI recently had a bad situation with a difficult tenant, and Tanisha joined me in an inspection of the premises, before I started the eviction process. She was very professional and detailed, and wrote a report for me to take to court. After they moved out, Tanisha scheduled her crew to clean and finish up a poor paint job. They did great, leaving the unit shining!. I will definitely use L.T.D.T.M. again, and highly recommend them. They pay attention to every little detail, are very responsive to clients wants, and always on time. If they are unable to answer the phone, they always called back promptly. Thank you, Tanisha, for the great work!
Description of Work: Rental move-out cleaning and touch up paint. Tanisha also assisted me with an inspection of premises and a written report.
