PRESTIGE AUTO EXCHANGE

After about a year of being with the company and having the Jeep I went back to trade in the Jeep for something a little better on gas, and with the owner knowing how great of a customer I have been with the Jeep, I was hoping that he would be giving me a great vehicle that I could depend upon. The story soon changed very quickly I traded my Jeep in for something a little lesser on gas, and after only a week of having the new car my transmission blows, and I am stuck on a freeway. I take the car back on that day, and of course the owner is not there again. So, when I come back in the morning and show up, he didn't even care to ask, what happened with my car that was sitting on HIS lot, or ask if I was ok, or anything to that statement. He just wanted to know what I DID to the car for it to do that. I have told the owner that I take care of my vehicles, and that he sold me a lemon, and I wanted another vehicle. He came to the conclusion that since I was over my warranty that there was nothing he could do, and they could fix it but I would have to pay for the transmission. After all the good customer service that I gave to the owner, I thought he would of treated me better than that. I couldn't loose the car, 'cause it was my own meaning of transportation, to this day I am still paying on the transmission, and the car is in worst shape than what it started out with. I've put almost 1,000 $ in this car, but it my only way of transportation. When I am done with paying off the transmission, I will not be going back to this place.
