Service was great and came in below what we had thought it was going to cost. We will use them again.

I was driving home from work on Tuesday and it felt like the front end of my Jeep was going to fall off. I stopped at a gas station and some gentleman told me sounded like a spark plug. I called my local Jeep dealer and they couldn't see it right away and wanted to charge $119 just to look at it. I found Martinsburg Service Center in my local phone book. I called and spoke to Howard - what a fantastic gentleman. I told him my issue and he also said it sounded like a spark plug but was amazed since my truck was so new. He had me go to Auto Zone for a free check engine code, which I did and it said cylinder 1 misfire. I called Howard back with the information, gave him my VIN # and he did some research for me. Comes to finding out Jeep put 30K spark plugs in that year so he was pretty confident that was my issue. During this time frame, Howard had called me back and forth about 5 times. He made me feel so comfortable and like I could trust him. I took my Jeep in there on Friday, it was done within 2 hours and my Jeep runs like a dream. I would HIGHLY recommend them has a mechanic. The customer service went beyond my expectations. For anyone who had never met me and never used their shop before, I was treated like an old friend. I will be loyal to them from here on out -- they have a new customer for life!
