Sitz Construction

We hired sitz construction to build our deck in February 2025. We gave a $9200 deposit and have had no work done. He was extremely hard to get in contact with for months after we gave our deposit and has since stopped responding to us altogether. A simple CCAP search will show that he is scamming many people out of thousands of dollars and has been for years. Do not do business with this company.

On June of 2024, a contract was signed for a laundry room remodel and down payment was made. The contract stated that the project was supposed to start in September of 2024. After contacting them several times and after several excuses, the project started with a demo in January of 2025 where another payment was due. After hearing nothing for 2 months, they came to do some more work on the laundry room. I have not heard from the business since April and my laundry room remains unfinished. The business never answers the phone and responses take at least a week.

Sitz on numerous occassions has no called no show. The exterior of my home has been missing siding since July 1st 2024. I was also surprised Sitz did not pull permits as required for adding french patio doors to my home.

Project is taking a lot longer than quoted or expected but overall the work looks good and it was priced very reasonable. This was the largest interior job Sitz Construction has taken on to date so there were some hick-ups and learning curves along the way but overall the business construction they performed looks really nice.

Eric is responsive and listens to your needs. Would definitely hire again.

I was very impressed with Eric's eye to make sure everything looked balanced as far as uses all of the same screws when he ran out of his inventory. He was very flexibile with suggestions I made and entroduced several pieces of metal art into the arbor. A very conscious and detailed oriented contractor. Very pleased with his work and I highly recommend him.

Provided an estimate and options for a vinyl fence. Work completed in days that were estimated. Friendly and great to work with. We are extremely pleased with the end result.

Seamless project from start to finish. Eric installed a fence and resided portions of our garage. They paid close attention to detail and it was reflected in the quality of the end products.
