Tom was on time, has the gear to do some tricky paint prep in difficult spots, replaced an old vent with little fuss, and all did it under his estimate.  Then, at my immediate request, was able to replace worn out and leaking plumbing.  There was one minor leak, however, that was caused by a tiny flaw in the replacement kit purchased from a hardware store.   Tom, being a perfectionist, went out and found from a plumber friend, minor parts from the original manufacturers that solved the minor link.
