Even though the lenses were no longer under warranty, they gave me a complimentary set of lenses because the cracking was due to a known defect of polycarbonate lenses. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and easily they resolved my problem. Thank you!
Description of Work
A set of lenses for a pair of glasses began showing cracks along the edge. Over time both lenses showed tiny cracks, and then one crack became quite a bit larger.

All the associates were busy with customers when I walked in. I went to the frames cases, and started trying on frames. Within a short time, I was greeted by an associate, and asked if I needed help. She helped me pick out a frame, and then pick out the features I wanted for my lenses. She explained all the options, and I ordered the thin, anti-reflective, progressive lenses. The glasses were ready in about a week, and I went in to pick them up. I went back one additional time to get the frames adjusted, and have been happy with the fit.
Description of Work
I went to fill my glasses prescription and get new lenses and frames.
