I really like that if you are working on something, or need information, you can call him up and he has always been very responsive for me. Jim is amazing. He is very knowledgeable. To date, I have never had an issue. His customer service is wonderful. I will continue to use him.

one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. Tim was so attentive and detail oriented that i felt that it was more his bike than mine. I have a 2001 Yamaha V-star that I felt lucky to get in. Yamaha makes nothing easy. You have to drop the muffler to do an oil change and take apart the whole front end to change the fork oil. It is crazy ugly and makes you never want to buy another yamaha. Even through all the problems, Tim was patient and a treat to work with. I would recommend the Shop for anyone.
