It was fast, efficient, quality work. We had Eric S. and he was fabulous. He kept us informed of everything that was happening and had us verify we were happy with his work before he left. Showed us how to contact the company if something went wrong so they could fix it. Kept my house as clean as possible during demo. Was just a great experience!

It went very well. It went smooth, consistent all day long. Knowledgeable and answer all of my questions.

The whole process was very efficient and smooth. From the initial meeting with the quote to install was only a month! We couldn't believe how fast we got our new tub and shower installed. Rafael and his partner were friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home.

Mad City employees were very polite, worked quickly and efficiently, leaving no mess for me to have to clean up after the job was completed. The windows look great and will be so easy to clean when needed.

Mad City installer was professional and did a perfect job. He also answer ang questions I had. Completed in about nine hours. Job was remove old tub and tile. and install just a full shower system. Again a great job!!

Micah was very experienced in what he does. He is a excellent finish carpenter paying very close attention to detail to get excellent end results. We are very pleased with the quality of work that was done.

Terrible consultation. The salesman was a very poor face for the company. It was like buying a used car. High pressure, no straight answers to questions. He continued to hagle over cost and would have to make call to see. It went down 14k in 20 minutes. We told him we needed to think about and get other estimates he got angry grabbed the paperwork and said I spent a go deal of my time here and stomped off like a 2 year throwing a temper tantrum.

Mad City was one of three contractors we talked to about our tub removal to a walk in shower. My wife and I both agreed that Mad City’s product was superior to the others, so we choose them. The presentation by Mad City’s sales rep was very detailed. He explained the entire product offering, answered our questions we had, and then outlined how the installation will go. Within 2 weeks our product was in and we were setting up a date for the installation. They showed up on time, worked about 5 hours to install the shower, converted the plumbing with a licensed plumber, and cleaned up the entire bathroom. During the install, we were asked where we wanted the shower head, grab bars, and shelves. (Always nice to have some say in where things should go.) Three days later, we received a call from Mad City “after sale team” asking how things were going, did we like the install, and overall experience with their install team. We felt that we were important to them even after the sale. I hope that anyone that uses Mad City for whatever installation, that they walk away the same as Ellen and I have, with a 5 Star feeling. Excellent plumber and tremendous installer

I am so happy with my updated kitchen thanks to Mad City! They came out and replaced all the cabinet fronts and drawer faces, installed a new countertop and replaced my sink, faucet and disposal. What a difference! At no time did they balk or push back on questions or requests I had about little details. They made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it. Frankly, I don't recall ever working with a company that was so focused on customer service and attention to detail. The people were all great as well which made an inconvenient period of time (all my cabinets were emptied and boxes of stuff sitting around the house) more enjoyable and easier to deal with. Second to none in quality and satisfaction. thanks Mad City!

I am so happy with my new bay windows on my home. Pricing was reasonable. The sales person was fantastic. The windows were installed in one day. Everything was explained as they went along. Friendly workers. Respected my property and cleaned up as they went along too. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again for any project!!

We had a window in our kitchen and a large picture window in our living room replaced. The process from start to finish went extremely well. We are very happy with how they turned out and will be replacing more windows eith them in the future.
