They were there when they said they would be and they even came right after a bad snow storm. They got it all done in a day and it looked very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and were very nice. I called them to have them come back out to fix the water pressure and they were professional about that too. Very nice job.

We have had Mad City replace our large patio doors last year and all the windows in our house this year. Great quality products with excellent customer service. One of our windows cracked and it was promptly replaced for free through their double lifetime warranty! We also had an issue with some of the foam around the windows and they came out the next business day to fix it. We have definitely noticed a decrease in the amount of energy we use and the drafts have been eliminated in our house. We are very pleased with our new doors, windows, and the service!

These people really do a great job. Salesman was very enjoyable, not pushy. Installation crew were quick and very organized about doing the install. They cleaned up after the job was finished. I would highly recommend them to all who need this type of job done.

First we met with the consultant, who was friendly and helpful, but didn’t seem to fully know the product he was selling. He ended up quoting us for the wrong windows and had to fix the mistake later down the road. We never got an itemized list showing exactly what we were paying for, which seemed odd to us. But we were guaranteed windows of the highest quality so we signed the contract. The window installers ended up scratching and dinging the existing woodwork that I had to go back and fix myself. After the installation was finished I inspected the windows and noticed every window had scratches and scuffs on the pane or on the frame itself. And three of the seven screens had holes in them. I called to report the issues and they sent someone out a couple weeks later to fix the issues. One of the windows they replaced had ANOTHER scratch! When I asked to speak with someone about the on going issues the only thing I was told was that they were aware of the issues and there was nothing more they could do. This was not the quality I was promised and I don’t plan on buying from Mad City anytime in the future.

My husband and I were on the fence on whether or not to use Mad City for new windows. But so glad we did. It was a lot of money, but definitely worth every penny. The installation was very professional. And they look amazing. Not a single regret!

The kitchen counter top had a small defect and Mad City replaced this promptly. We had no problems with the picture window or the shower/bathtub replacements. The Mad City pros did a great job!

Our new windows are great! The insulation crew was professional, respectful, and the job was done in a timely fashion. We have an old farm house and they replaced all windows, which was 27 windows. It was not a small or easy job. They did what they had to do to get the job done correctly. They even did a great job covering things and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them 100%

MadCity replaced all of the windows in my house. I was very happy with the experience, from the initial sales call to the installation. There was an unavoidable delay in getting the windows (due to the pandemic) but installation went quickly and was finished in 1 day. The installers were efficient and respectful. One of my windows (a large picture window) arrived at the warehouse damaged, but they were in contact right away and are in process of getting that window replaced. I would highly recommend working with MadCity.

They gave great explanation and had amazing examples of what the window would look like. They showed up how easy it was to open the window with just two fingers! The guy who gave us the quote was very good at selling and was a super nice person!

It went great These guys did a great job with setting up a plan to make our kitchen look wonderful as well as our bathroom jetted tub and shower to come out outstanding. The bathroom with a jetted tub and rain shower is now a spa area for my wife as well as the kitchen for me is like a chef's paradise thanks again

It went great from design plans to the installation and now enjoy my kitchen as well as my bathroom. It took them about 1 day to install the bathroom in about 3 days to finish the kitchen
