It had to be ripped off twice. It was installed wrong a third time. They took MONTHS to come back . Stay away from this company. They are fragmented, communication is non-existant and the owner will gaslight you in the very stressful process.

They provided great service from start to finish. I was initially skeptical of the one day installation, but they did it without sacrificing quality. As an elderly person, it has made showering so much safer. Everything works perfectly, it looks fantastic, and is easy to keep clean. I would definitely recommend. Job/PO #2828103LC

They were great!! The salesman was very nice and explained things very well, and thoroughly!! They removed our old tub and tile and installed a new shower surround. They reinsulated behind it and trimmed it out the window perfectly. Upon completion they cleaned up the area very well. We are very happy with them!! We could not be happier with our decision to put in a new tub and surround from Mad City Bath. I feel like I am in a luxury hotel when in the shower. The fact that it could be done in one day sealed the deal. I've had friends pick "the other guys" and their tub over a tub method, and we were so glad we did not go that route. Would recommend Mad City to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

Mad City did a beautiful job replacing our old bath/shower combination. Sales rep and installer were both professional and courteous. Everything was spelled out on what we could expect on a timeline, etc., from Mad City. I didn't think they could tear our bath/shower out and replace it in one day but they did and cleaned up after themselves. There were no surprises -- everything was done as promised and we didn't have to worry about any additional charges if they found a rotting subfloor, etc., hiding under our old bath/shower. Materials are high quality. We've very happy with our work. Thank you, Mad City!

Did full house window replacement as well as bath and shower replacement. Both teams arrived early and were able to finish the job in a full day. They were friendly and professional and communicated with me throughout the process.

Scheduled to start the job on 8-31-21 between 8-10am. Showed up at 12:30pm. Job not done in 1 day, broke the glass on my light and couldn't come back the following day. Finished the job on 9-2-21 with the medicine cabinet not able to open all the way because of the new wall. Appt. was made to caulk a seam that was missed on 9-9-21. Received a call on 9-8-21 to confirm. No on showed up on 9-9. I sat home all day. I stopped payment due to their lack of compensation. I talked to someone named Brian on 9-27 and gave him what I thought was a fair compensation number. He said he would get back to me in 24hrs. It's been 8 days and I haven't heard anything from anyone. Even left messages with the owner twice. Absolute garbage company. I'll never use them again and will not be kind with my reviews of them on social media.

Beware. High pressure sales tactic, offer discount you have to sign then and there to get. Poor communication. Missed/late appointments. Expensive in comparison to competitors. Did a poor job cleaning up the work site (got a nail in my tire). Poor installation of window trim, had to ask installer to redo nearly all trim due to it being very loose. Forgot parts had wrong parts on multiple occasions. Steer clear.

I was told the job would only take a few days to complete at the sale. When contacted I was told it would be four days, which seemed reasonable. Well, on the third day I knew it would not completed in the four day time frame. I had to go the weekend with a house in disarray because all of our kitchen cabinet items are setting out in the rest of our main level living space. Monday came and no one showed up to start working. I reached out and was told they would not be there until Tuesday to start working again and probably finish on Wednesday. As it turned out workers did show up on Monday at 11am. They tore down all of the existing work from the previous installer because it was terrible work. As I sit here on Tuesday morning, only one worker has shown up and the other is no where to be found. There is no way this will be completed by Wednesday. We have had to eat out for nearly every meal for the last eight days and counting. I used to receive daily calls from the dispatch team to see how the install was going. I no longer receive those calls and no one really seems to care about me or my family and our project we hired them to do. I am sure others have had a wonderful experience, but mine so far has been nothing but a disaster. I urge extreme caution if you decide to use them. I will not use them again, nor will I recommend their services to anyone. I have included a few pictures of their so called quality work. There are several more, but this is enough to get an idea of what you are getting. By the way, all previous laminate has been removed and in process of being replaced. After one was replaced it had to be removed again due to it not butting properly to the wall. There was a huge gap and you could see the plywood backing. I have to stop now because my frustrations are growing.

After a 3 month wait, the installation was halted when the metal trim for the shower doors turned out to be the wrong finish. This resulted in another 6 week wait for the correction. Currently waiting to contact them to schedule the door installation and mostly playing phone tag. I signed up with them because their salesman claimed he had someone to handle most of the rest of the work that was beyond Mad City. I need some extensive structural repair without which I can't use the shower even when it's complete. This subcontractor turned out to be a fraud who showed no interest in the work, would not schedule the job and would not even come to take measurements. Nothing but excuses of how busy he was, even though he knew about my job in March. I have serious doubts he does any work at all. Now searching for another contractor to handle those repairs. I don't know if it's the salesman I got that is the problem or if this outside guy thing is condoned by Mad City, but I wouldn't risk it. If you need a shower conversion, odds are that's not the only thing,but it's all Mad City will do. They will leave you high and dry for the rest of it, even if it doesn't sound like it. I even tried leaving the appropriate review on their website, but they don't post an honest sampling. They only post the 5 star glowing reviews so no one sees any complaints. Angie should kick them off their website.

Install crew was punctual and got the work done in a timely fashion. I was also able to quickly schedule an appointment when one of my windows was not opening/closing properly.

Install took 3 days, not one as promised. Walls have etchings that Mad City tried to buff out, but instead made it worse. Was told on April16th by a business manager that walls would be replaced and the parts would arrive in approx. 4 weeks. We are nearing 8 weeks and still haven't received a status even after calling, texting and emailing for an update.

I have done business in the past on 2 other occasions and have been happy with their work. This time has been a nightmare! I ordered new windows in addition to a new shower in October, 2020. The windows were installed sometime in November. At the time of installation, I brought to MadCity's attention that the grids on the windows were not correct. I was told they would put a rush on the new order to correct the problem. It is now May, 2021 and I am STILL waiting for the correct sashes.

They did a great job on my main bathroom shower remodel. It went from a tub to a stand alone shower. There were 3 visits - a sales call where I discussed what product I wanted to purchase (the salesman was great), a measurement visit where someone came out to take exact measurements of the room, and the install day. Installation was a one day event, which was great that it went that quickly. The workers were all really nice. They checked with me a couple times throughout the day about their progress. And they did a great job cleaning up after it was done. I just had to wait a day before using the shower, but since then it's been great.

The final product was a huge improvement!

I had old style yellow oak kitchen cabinets. Instead of tearing them out, I decided to reface with MadCity. They were professional, efficient and did excellent work. My cabinet doors were re-made in a newer more modern style, the hinges are now on the inside and slow close, and the finish is beautiful. I am now proud of my kitchen. I would recommend MadCity based on quality of their product and work. These have a lifetime guarantee and being local, I am confident in their service in the future (though I'm doubting I will have issues). Great experience from sale to installation.

Great sale experience! Took the time to go through options, and set expectations that were exceeded. Installation was great as well! The sent out someone when it worked for my schedule. Will be using again for other projects! This was for a bathtub and surround replacement
