The salesperson was very prompt, professional and thoroughly explained the whole process. On installation day the crew arrived when scheduled, prepped for the demolition of the old tub. The installer frequently asked about placement of items in shower. It took 1-1/2 days to complete the install. They cleaned up everything and disposed of all old materials. Throughout the process the project manager kept in touch with us to ensure things were being done to our liking. We are very pleased with the new walk-in shower and have recommended them to others. The window installation was extremely well done and completely finished in a timely manner. My original windows were over ninty years old and I was really impressed with their ability to match the interior trim exactly in both shape and tint. They were very carefull not to damage the original antique trim. The installation crew did a excellent job of cleaning up and removing all excess materials. Over all I am completly satisfied with the windows and the installation.

Everything was done in a very efficient manner. We had a whole house of windows installed at our home and we are very happy that we had Mad City install them! All of the installers were very friendly and professional.

Great, everything from the quote to the cleanup was great.

First came consulting and then measurements of the bathroom for custom made parts and I waited for my order and then which was no time it seemed and then they got to work in 24hrs was my beautiful shower.

Mad City planned and executed our master bath remodel. The finished product is beautiful and close to doubled the space in our shower enclosure and moved our vanity to fit. our first installer evaluated our plan and recommended a redesign based on our space available. really made a difference. Mad city windows replaced 10 windows and a skylight for us and we couldn’t be happier. They removed everything and installed the new windows in 1 day. Our crew lead was super attentive to detail and when the molding sent for the job wasn’t all a match he made sure to come back with molding that did match to finish the job so everything looked cohesive. My wife and I contracted with Mad City this past summer to update an old and ugly bath in our children’s bathroom. We are incredibly happy with the results; it looks so much more modern and is way more functional than our previous tub. While other contractors that we looked at essentially put just a vinyl “shell” over the old tub, Mad City actually did a full tear-out and even replaced the wood and plumbing behind the old tub, which had all seen much better days. The new tub feels much more stable than the old one, and I also love that the surround goes all the way to the ceiling. To be clear, Mad City is not the cheapest option out there. We had consultations with other companies that offered lower prices. However, I’m also a big believer that you get what you pay for, and Mad City provided a quick and professional install that sparks joy with us. In fact, we also added 4 new windows to our order with them because we were so impressed with their competent and skilled contractors. One final note: we *did* experience an issue with our new shower head exhibiting a loud “whine” after install, but Mad City immediately rectified the situation and sent out a serviceman the next day to replace it free of charge. I sincerely can’t speak highly enough about the spectacular level of service that they provide.

I had Mad City complete a window installation and a bathtub fitting. The window installation went great. There was a small hiccup with one of the window sizes, the service team received the incorrect size of the window, even though the dimensions given on the paperwork was correct. They were able to install the windows the same day except the one that did not fit, but that is not the service teams fault that they were given the incorrect size window. Fast forward a couple months to the bathtub fitting. We were told by our salesperson that it would be a two man job, there would be a master plumber, and that it would be done in 2-3 days max. Although I have zero complaints about the job because the person who did the work was exceptional, it was only one person. No master plumber with an apprentice or anything. A single person did a two man job and I found it to be unsafe at the time. My wife and I called multiple times (even our salesperson), left numerous voice mails, and NEVER received a call back. I was concerned about the workers safety and I made that known to the field manager who dispatched the service worker. The job took 4 days because the contractor was alone. The worker even expressed frustration to me about the fact that this was a two man job and he was to do it alone. If the work itself was not exceptional, this would be a 1 star review. Tight Seal is a Mad City competitor, and they use their own installation team, as in they do not contract out work. I would recommend Tight Seal as they continue to reach out to me. Maybe Mad City should invest in a CRM for a more customer centric approach. I hope Mad City will actually read this and reach out to me regarding the concerns explained. ' Job# 2828595
