Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
The customer service was extremely lacking. I decided that I wanted a sapphire and told her the color I wanted (a light blue). She said that she would order some stones for us to look at. I said "Well, how much are sapphires? Shouldn't we talk budget?". She was completely unwilling and unable to talk money with me. I said that I didn't want to design a sapphire ring if the end result would be something we couldn't afford. She held firm, and continued to be unwilling to discuss price range. So, I went to another jeweler. The other jeweler designed and delivered my dream ring to me (within a budget!) an entire week before Custom Creations even called to report that the stones for me to look at had come in. Ridiculous. In addition, I had this store size the original ring my fiance had purchased from them. I had to call 3 times to follow up AFTER the "due" date to find out if it was done yet.
