They do pet services. They also do it for cats. My daughter said my dog was sticky and stinky and I gave her some to get my dog beautified. We made an appointment and I don’t think they do walk-ins. My dog is 25pounds and they charge according to the size. The dog came back clean and her hair wasn’t exactly as I had instructed but all is well. I like having the ears of dogs hair shaved but people do dogs hair cuts as it’s their own personal and that’s one thing that that irritates me about dog groomers. Usually groomers groom your dog as their personal artwork and instead of doing the service that they were hired to do and that’s the biggest contention I have got with anybody here in town. They got her in there and gave us a time when to pick her up.

The price is a little higher. I recommend Jessica, Sarah and Rachel very highly. The only negative experience I've had is with Kandace. I don't like checking in or picking up my dog from her and I will never have my dog groomed by her again.

The staff at the Chippewa Veterinary Clinic are awesome--very friendly and knowledgeable. Their groomer, Kathy, has been there forever and really knows her stuff. We wouldn't take our dogs anywhere else!

Pawsitive Pet GroomingI actually took my dogs to a groomer for the first time. The cost was $40 a dog and these are big, hairy dogs. They weren't their little dog prices; these are their mid-size dog prices. My dogs are really old and I've never gone to a groomer before. They listened to everything about my dogs and they communicate very well. They figured out a way to groom one of my dogs who is just a pain all the time. They just figured out a way to do it so he would be okay. They're just very accommodating and communicated well.- Carol M.

Chippewa Veterinary ClinicGrooming was about $40 and veterinary care was about $300. What keeps me coming back is the location. They're very professional and we like the work that they do. They treat us and our dog very well. My dog is tickled to death. He loves it. The staff is very friendly and caring about your animals. PetsmartIt's a little closer and honestly, I prefer more of a personal touch than it's more like going to a big bucks store. When you bring the dogs in for grooming, they prefer to have them 3 hours ahead of time and they keep them in little kennels until they're ready for them which doesn't fit well with me. Croix Valley Veterinary Hospital LLCRecently moved to the area & found this vet on Angie's List (highly rated). I took my 2 dogs in for nail clipping a couple of months ago. The technician was really nice, but she apparently used nail clippers with a dull blade & both dogs had very rough, chewed up nails that I had to file with an emery board when we got home. My 15-month old dog was due for his annual shots & exam, so I scheduled an appointment with the owner, thinking she was probably the best vet at the clinic. The vet came into the exam room & didn't introduce herself. She didn't ask how my dog was doing, didn't ask about diet or anything else. She gave him his shots, but didn't exam him. I'm used to vets who check ears & teeth, listen to the heart & lungs, and exam the dog's entire body to check for lumps, growths, etc. at the time they give the annual shots. It was inexpensive, but that's not a good enough reason to use a vet. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.- Jill M.
