They did not show up six different times when they said they would despite my phone calls every morning.
They did not bring they proper tools when they did show always in the other truck. Result took 3 days to get thru floor with sledge hammer rather than use a concrete saw.
They did not bring any buckets to take sewage soaked dirt out of house. I had several which I furnished.
First pipe patch material did not take so after 3 days I finally got them back.
Worker told me they were instructed to use the cheap material to see if it would work. Second material worked fine.
Bill present was higher than original quote. Refuse to itemize to explain the difference.
demanded immediate payment with threat of a lien if not paid that day.
Did not return dirt to area or patch the hole in the concrete.
This was the worst experience I have had with a contractor in the past 36 years.I would never,never recommend them to anyone but my worst enemy.
