I was happy with their work

The work was OK. But the installer left a battery and charger for his drill. I called at least 3 times, left in on the front port for 2 months, they never came to pick it up. I am not sure I would hire a company again that is that careless with their tools.

I feel they where courteous, on time , and professional. I would recommend this company.

The work was fine, it just seemed kind of expensive.

Very prompt, in fact early on both trips to fix the door. The repair person was very courteous, very informative and did an excellent job of explaining the good and bad of the door that needed to be repaired. Never having hired someone to repair a garage door I was a little taken back by the expense. However, I must admit that the repairman did an excellent job in replacing the spring and the bearing plates and making sure everything was aligned correctly. The door has never been this quiet in operation. He also re-aligned the bearing plates on the other door and the same result, a noisy door became a very quiet door. Also, a bolt was not secured properly when the spring was replaced and the issue was discovered three days after the repair on a Sunday. I called that day and the company had the same repair person come out on Tuesday to make the repair. Once again he showed up early and was very apologetic for the mistake. He diagnosed the problem and made the fix in very short order. He apologized again for the error but I was impressed with the promptness and courteous and ultimately quality of the work performed. Bottom line I would hire them again.

Prompt, courteous, good value, accurate estimate.

Needed a fix right away. They came same day even on a holiday. The job was done in a flash. My only issue was the high pressure up selling. I hired them to do a job and paid a significant amount of money for it. I was not thrilled that they were persistent at trying to scare me into more than a thousand dollars worth of of unnecessary work.

I have worked with 3 companies before I found these guys through Home Advisor. All cheaters, liars, who are just after your money, and offer no sustainable resolution to problems. I am so happy with the help I received from Precision Garage Door Service, I am speechless. I had lost faith that there are actually honest and knowledgeable garage door professionals out there. The technician was prompt, informative, efficient, and extremely helpful. I will hire them back in a heartbeat, when my other garage door goes. Highly recommend!

He did a good job. Was here on time under stood the problem and completed the job on time and the cost was reasonable.

Courteous people to work with, made one mistake and corrected it promptly; quality product.

I thought i needed a new garage door opener but to my surprise the technician told me i did not! it was my spring that needed tightening, which he took the time to do and the best part of all.....He did not charge me anything and now my door is working again! At some point i will likely need to replace my spring and I will call them first! In this day of poor customer service and dishonesty, i really appreciated that he went above and beyond!
