Took several days to get the appraisal then it was just a paragraph...really pricey but justified given how much moss and debris there was after all is said and done what I specifically needed was an inspection and it is there in the estimate but am i to assume that no news is good news? I did get voice mail saying if I had any questions I could call so there's that I can speak to the work as my gutters are clean and the moss that still clings to the roof tiles will probably die from the spray they used will judge on the next visit whether they are a 5 star or not

Before giving me an estimate, Reuben thoroughly examined and measured the roof, marked problem areas, and explained to me what was needed, and that power washing was not the best treatment, so they used air blowers and other tools, also replacing two sections where leaks were evident. The crew was professional and took care to protect nearby plants. When the job was finished, one of the workers took time to explain what had been done, what I should expect, and why this was the best way to treat the problem. Excellent work.

Reuben was the only person to go on the roof to give an estimate. He sent us a detailed email with the bid, including photos of our roof where work was required. We were pleased that his price was the best and they did a great job---very friendly to visit with concerning details!!

Estimator came on time, dressed well, and in professional looking vehicle. He explained my options, and gave an immediate quote, followed by a electronic hard copy. Proof of insurance was also supplied. The work crew came earlier than expected, surveyed the job and immediatley began working. This was a large project, a supervisor arrived to over see the work, and extra crew members showed up on site late in the day to help with clean-up. The following day I noticed a few areas that needed touch-up cleaning and repair. The extremley polite and professional office staff worked with my schedule to set up a return visit. Eric and his crew showed up and more than covered the discrepancies. Totally professional in all phases of the project, and I would absolutely recommend Northwest Roof Maintenance to others. Excellent service from a quality company. Went on the roof to look it over before giving me a bid, rather than just eyeball our two story house from the ground. Clearly described what would be done and reflected that in a written proposal. The guys doing the work showed up on time, were very thorough, and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend this company!!

Did not power wash( bad for composite shingles!), they used brushes to remove the moss and treated with liquid zinc sulfate. Very thorough job. Also suggested replacement of deteriorated sewer vent rain collars which I appreciated (had to come back to do 2 they missed, though). Did a great job cleaning up. Prompt, friendly service. Can't ask for more.

Very pleased with their professionalism! The quote is honest and reasonable. I have interviewed 3 companies. Most of them just gave me a random quote which I don't like. The contractor shows on time and leaves with a clean roof. The work looks great. I highly recommend this company for roof repair.

They came as expected repaired and cleaned the moss off of the roof. And they did a good job cleaning up, I was happy with the work.

-After working with a different company and not having any luck there, Northwest Roof Maintenance repaired my roof, fixed another area from a satellite dish and they warranty their work. I will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future. It was very pleasant to have a company that came in, actually looked at the problem (the other company did not), gave the estimate and when scheduling allowed they were able to make the repairs in short order. Very satisfied with the work.
