Independent Pest Solutions, LLC

This was our second time hiring Independent Pest Solutions, and there service has been so good, that we went with a short duration recurring plan. They provided a quick quote after the initial examination of job requirements, and addressed all our needs quickly after we made the decision to hire them. I would definitely recommend them (and have done so!) to family and friends.

The only reason I down graded them 1/2 a star is because they once sent out a tech that couldn't answer some of the questions my wife had about certain bugs in the area. The tech was strictly there to spray as she had been trained. On the other hand, she was new.

They are very knowledgeable, very professional, and very nice to have in my home.

They were here when promised and did a great job. The house is warmer and there are no more rodents.

Jen was the tech and she was great. She explained everything to me and was very professional. The price was in my budget and I get two follow ups. Overall enjoyable experience for a disgusting problem!

Scott was very informative and professional. He took the time to explaine what was going to happen and what to expect after.

I have a rodent problem along with carpenter ants i was led to believe that my ants would be treated as it was covered under my contract but was told another person handles that so that service will be done on a follow up service. Pretty cold here so not much ant activity so not sure spraying would do much till things warm up.

They are very responsive, professional and easy to work with. Jen arrived when they said she would, did a thorough examination under the house confirming there were indications of rodents and was able to do the work that needed to be done that day! Follow up was the same, everyone is very knowledgeable and considerate. Cost options are very fair, I would use their service again.
