Richie and his crew did an awesome job on our project! They worked on our driveway, walkway, added a new patio and walkway to the side of the house. They were very flexible and easy to work with. The price was right from the beginning. The contract was well written and layout. Richie was honest and made sure we were happy with the result. The project turned out amazing! We gotten a lot of compliments from our neighbors, families and friends. We would hire him again for our next project. We highly recommend him to anyone!

We had a very positive experience with Richard and his crew from Construction R Us. When we decided to extend our patio and began to look for a contractor, Richard was the first person to respond. He came over to our house, assessed what would need to be done, and offered us a price for the project that was very reasonable. He and his team got on the job quickly and were outstanding about letting us know when they would arrive to move things forward to the next step of the project. Richard and the members of his team were always good natured and personable and we enjoyed interacting with them. Their workmanship was excellent and the new concrete looks great! Construction R US, LLC installed our concrete drive way in a short time but the delivery on the concrete had to wait until the rain stopped. Upon the day of Demo and framing the contractor was fully ready for concrete to be installed but was canceled because of rain. Lisiate and his crew are always professional and completed the work in a timely manner.

After hiring someone else to replace and pour a new concrete driveway, I went to Homeadvisor.com and found Construction R Us, LLC. Lisiate (Richard) came right away and gave me a quote. He did not require most of the money up front, only a $100 deposit. (The other contractor I spoke with - not a Home Advisor contractor - wanted most of the money up front.) Construction R Us, LLC did exactly what they said they were going to do. In fact they were able to do the project a day earlier, which really helped us out tremendously. The driveway looks great and is a definite upgrade from what we had before. I highly recommend Construction R Us, LLC!!

We did some preliminary work by digging and shaping a new driveway area as specified by city and designed by architect. Richie and his crew came in and finished cutting and digging driveway according to specifications. They removed and replaced existing walkway to front and back of house. They cut the street curb and sidewalk areas, removed and hauled away all old concrete. Preliminary and final inspection by City of Seattle and Department of Transportation passed. All cleanup work was completed. Money well spent at a reasonable price.
