The man that came, Mike Tumba, spent just under an hour on the job. He spent just more than an hour getting supplies to fix the hole. He had photos well in advance, but all he came with was his tool bag, and a step ladder. He charged me $60 after explaining that your service did not reimburse him for items to do the job, or his time and $$$ for mileage. The repair, as well as his travel to secure materials were well within the 2 hour job estimate. Could you address why I had to reimburse him, when he was already paid by you?

I am a working man and I generally like to support the working man vs the big companys. Don Shelby is a very experienced roofer and has probably forgot more about skilled roofing jobs than most guys will ever learn. He showed up to quote me when he said he would and did an amazing job on the flashing/sealing up around my chimney which had been done very poorly by someone else and was leaking. He does very professional work at an unbeatable price. Saved me about $800 vs the other quotes. Thank you Shelby Services!
