We detected recent rat’s signs and dropping in our boiler room and crawlspaces. We purchased their service through coupon ad as 55% discounted, however in a separate quote without a coupon, the price is the same $179; so coupon was not really needed. The site survey was quick, not thorough as anticipated, something we can do ourselves, poor sanitation care was not taken when traversed through our living area; he claimed dirt+fiberglass from the previous job. AJ, the service man is on the bigger size, we felt bad for him squeezing through the opening of crawlspace and attic. But once he’s in, from the same spot, he scanned the dark area with a small hand flashlight and decided it was sufficient to set traps, he didn’t crawl through nor to the second crawlspace to survey. 4 traps were set near the crawlspace’s opening and 1 in the boiler room, near enough that we can check the traps ourselves. We can see 1 trap was triggered but no catch, 1 trap has no peanut bait. The traps were left for another week and quoted to clean crawlspace and perform regular maintenance with more $$$. We wanted to wait after the initial service with assessment & recommendation. We were on travel for the last couple of weeks, a friend helped us out, the traps removed without any catch. We waited for a report but none was received. We wouldn’t recommend this company nor this service. One can set traps, wait & check. It seems the other company’s quote perform the same task (set traps & quote for more job). Save your money and get the commercial traps, not the tiny one, set it yourself, and perhaps check out the additional service if you caught any.

The technician arrived on time and performed the work quickly and professionally. He also took the time to explain how they were getting in and ways to avoid further invasions. I am extremely pleased with the work that was performed here. In fact, they did a far better job of fixing the problem than my two cats did. They were useless.

It's been fine. Used them because of a coupon and found that I had some problems under my house with rodents. I am now on a maintenance program, which is additional pay out for additional services but the guy that has been coming has been coming has been real diligent and doing a good job. They are good, conscientious, come on time when they say they are going to come. Knowledgeable and efficient in their business. Professional.

They were fine. I bought a Big Deal and I liked the price. It was something that we had been talking about doing so I went ahead and did it. I would maybe use them again.

Overall, I was very pleased with the service. They were very helpful setting up the appointment and answering questions. The inspector was quite a bit late, but he had warned me in advance. I really feel I got my money's worth. Every possible rodent location was inspected and potential issues were dealt with. I would recommend their services to anyone. They taught me some valuable tidbits about long term prevention as well. A good experience overall.

Overall...it went very well. AJ has done all our work at our home. Very nice and does a great job. We started with help to catch a mouse/rat that got in the house. Also to check for rats under our house in the crawl space. They set traps...and did some work on the crawl space door. Now we are just having them check and reset traps every other month. Going well. Very Thankful for their service.

I had called several companies to get prices and availability. Even though SBM was the lowest price and had the quickest availability time, they explained in detail what they provided in service. I met the field tech @ the house and he was already in the crawlspace doing an evaluation. We spoke and he outlined what he had observed, and what they were going to do. They set traps and set up a follow up appointment to check them. They contact you to give the results of the follow up appointment if you are unable to be there at the time. I will use them for future crawlspace or attic work when needed.

I noticed yellow jackets flying in and out of the front of my house through the cedar shingles. It looked like they had a nest in my attic. I was even crazy enough to go up into the attic (with protection) to check. It seems they had build the nest either under the insulation or in the walls, so I couldn't really get to them. So I called these folks and they came out very quickly. The technician was extremely knowledgable and explained to me what he was doing. He sprayed the entire area where the critters were entering and exiting with a commercial strength insecticide. He assured me that this will do the job, just wait a couple of days. And sure enough, 2 days later, no more critters. And they have not appeared since. He also did tell me that the yellow-jackets will not rebuild a nest in the same place. Great job, great price, great experience!

The service provided was great! Good communication, prompt service,very courteous, and no mess left behind! I would definitely use this service again!

As far as I can tell he did a good job. We will check back in a couple of weeks. They were a half hour late, we were at the end of the day.

I was having a bug problem in my basement. I went to Angie's List to find a "Bug Guy" and found the coupon for Stop Bugging Me, exterior spray service. I purchased it and the interior spraying service then called for an appointment., They were friendly and accommodating even squeezing me into the schedule before the first appointment. Mike, the "Bug Guy" was on time, pleasant and knowledgable. He gave me information about maintenance spraying services but it was not a hard sell. So far no more bug!!!

We were troubled by an infestation of flying ants in our kitchen. Raid for flying insects had no effect. I called them the day after Labor Day and the company worked me in for the following day. Kevin (general manager) came out to do the inspection and treatment. He determined that the problem was swarming pavement ants. Fortunately these don't post any structural problems, they are just a nuisance. They are ants that like to live under concrete and pavement, in this case our kitchen stoop. Kevin said the flying ants in our house essentially wandered in and 'got lost' on their nuptial flight. After consulting with me about options, Kevin sprayed the nest and the exterior perimeter of our home. He was very courteous, took off his shoes when inside the house, and did a great job of explaining the situation. While no warranty was offered on the service, he explained their service contracts without doing a hard sell and I appreciated that. I would use them again if I had a pest problem.

We discovered a wasp nest when we removed the fascia boards on the back of the house. I called to schedule someone to come out to perhaps kill them and to do an inspection for others. Unfortunately, the company doesn't really do inspections, but the lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. She gave me advice on how to watch for other wasp nests and when to spray. I really appreciated her helpful attitude and that she didn't try to push me into a service call. If I do need service in the future, I will definitely call them! Thank you.

We had ants and got estimates from two of the top rated exterminators on Angies List. Stop Bugging Me Pest Control didn't have many reviews, but we decided to use them with their Angies list coupon. They were prompt and courteous and identified the ant species, sprayed, and set bait. It is now mid July and we have no ants. The best part is that they were half the price of the other estimates.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an inspection. Unlike several other outfits, this company was able to offer a prompt inspection. The inspector came on time, gave us a concise summary of the problem, and he outlined a strategy for fixing the problem. He scheduled the treatment for the following week. He arrived on time for the treatment, did what needed to be done, explained to me his findings, and did not pressure us to commit to a service contract.

I have used them and so far I would say that they've done a good job. This was the first time I used them and I've signed up with them to do another service for us. If they prove to be good, I will use them again next year. They are cost effecting in comparison to others. They guaranteed that if the yellow jackets get into the house they'll come in and eradicate them.

I talked to them on the phone and I am going to call back to book their services. They seemed very reasonable, forthcoming, and knowledgeable. They weren’t condescending or pushy, they just gave me the information that I needed.
