Description of Work: I hired this company to come and help me with a Meal Moth problem. The guy was here for about 15 minutes, laid some traps and sprayed a wee bit but gave me no idea where they were coming from nor told me what to do. I found information on Google and got rid of the problem myself.

Description of Work: I'm sorry I don't recall the price at the time. | |The 1st man inspected the exterior, crawl, and attic, confirmed I had rats, explained the type of traps, and put rat traps in attic & crawl space, & returned to check. 1st visit was okay. Same man called to ask to come earlier in the day than scheduled for 2nd visit, which was fine, then ended up coming later than originally scheduled. I had to call him to find out he would be late. He did not apologize, but said he decided to stop for lunch! | |The 3rd man who came out left the gait wide open and the cover to the crawl space access 15 ft away on the grass. ?!?! Were these people on drugs, or what?! | |I called the office to complain, the woman apologized, & told me someone would get back to me that evening; no one ever did.

Description of Work: We had a wasp nest that had gained entry into the house. That's bad enough, but my husband is highly allergic! Our current pest control provider would not send out anyone until the next week, which was totally unacceptable. I called Stop Bugging Me and they came out right away to solve the problem. We are now using them for quarterly maintenance (we are susceptible to carpenter ants since we live in a very rural area. They are very responsive to whatever we need.
