Description of Work: Stop Bugging Me inspected the property for signs of rodents and areas that they may be able to access the house. The technician laid some traps and made suggestions on sealing potential access points. The technician returned to check traps some days later. The service was efficient and effective, and the technician was informative and professional.

Description of Work: Performed Rat control service on the inside of my house. Unfortunately the rats got inside through a small void between the balcony joists and wall but Stop Bugging Me set traps, filled the void, and sprayed disinfectant to alleviate the odor from the rat droppings. On the follow up visit they were able to capture the two remaining rats inside the ceiling voids and the problem was solved. Now the last task is to find a company to clean up all of the rat droppings and disinfect the cedar ceiling void area left behind by those rodents.

Description of Work: I ordered an ant pest control service from Stop Bugging Me. The tech manager Tom and his trainee Allen were very professional in conducting the service including educating me on the odorous house ant. I know it will take several visits from them to completely remove the pests but I have full confidence they will get this problem defeated. On my follow up technician Darrell along with his trainee Allen from the initial visit were very thorough in relocating specific traps and performing additional spraying and trap placement. I definitely recommend their services at Stop Bugging Me.
