Description of Work: Contacted three extermination companies about taking care of a bees nest in a rockery. SBMPC, returning my call, suggested I use their coupon on Angie's List, which I did. I bought their coupon on Angie's List for $99 plus tax. Another company quoted me $279 for the same service. The third company never responded. SBMPC sent out Kyle, who came at the time promised, viewed the problem and took care of it in minutes. Very professional in both attire (a company uniform) and mannerisms. Would use him again should the need arise. Thank you.

Description of Work: They came out & got rid of some rats, and they were told to get rid of ants that were coming in. Initially it went fine, we were told after six months that the ants would be gone, but that was not the case. They are still back, when I called them and talked to customer service, they were very rude.

Description of Work: I hired StopBuggingMe to help with Rats/Mouse problem. The technician they sent (Kyle) was not professional. He didn't assess all the problem areas. he didn't seal the holes which the rodents use to enter the house. It was a big loss for us to hire StopBuggingMe. I hired another service provider and he did a very good job for similar pay. I do not recommend StpBuggingMe

Description of Work: I had a problem with 2 giant ant hills by my house...along my driveway. The guy said he'd never seen 2 that big so close to a house before. I said we've been trying to get rid of them for years. He said he would spray the house but it would not work very good because I had some stacked wood and recycling cans in bags along the house. I said well can you move them? NO! Why wasn't I told before you came to have them moved? Don't know. He was in a hurry. Ok so you will spray but it won't work and I need you to come back when I get the whole foundation wall cleared correct? Yes. Ok will you charge me a second time? Yes. Why? You should have told me it needed to be clear BEFORE you arrived THIS TIME. I won't use the good stuff he tells me. I will use THAT only when I come back. Well, the ants are still here, they are still in my house. I want them to come back, but I haven't had time to deal with it right now. I have lots on my plate. My brother is critically ill for one thing. I was laid off work for another. If they come back and NOT charge me again and use the good stuff - then I will change my review to a better rating. I am not sure the exact date they were here but it was in April or May I think.
