Description of Work: We had a torn vent screen into the attic and thought we heard some noise up there so we needed them to check and exterminate if needed. The gentleman was on time, professional and informative. Fortunately there was no trouble in the attic and although he didn't rescreen the area (we did) we were charged a decrease rate because they didn't have to do anything but look.
