The first time they sprayed around but the ant problem never went away. I waited for about a month and called them back and they sent a guy out again. He was very apologetic. The ant problem persists even after the second visit. They came right away after I called them and told them that the ant problem had not gone away. They were punctual both times. They really pitched us on signing up for an interior service every other month. I had used them the first time through the $99 coupon deal on Angie's List but I was billed twice and I am still waiting to get back my money.

I had called another company listed that never even returned my call. This company answered the call and sent someone out in a timely manner. The price seemed reasonable, so we will contact them again if needed.

It went great! The guy sent me an e-mail saying when he was coming. He was here when he said he would be. He did the job, got his check, and was on his way. Their prices are pretty competitive. I don't have as many furry little creatures running around.

They were fine. I have used them couple of times and I found them flexible in scheduling. They don’t work in like a big contract or a year long service. We can set up whenever we want like every two months or you can have them come in once a month, depending on how you need them. You can even cancel their services if you don’t want. They are very professional. You generally need them to come in and spray every couple of months because there are chances of reappearing of pests. We always see more pests very often after they spray at first and then they disappear. I have not seen any bugs after they sprayed recently. They did really well. I would use them again in the future if needed.

They were responsive and completed the work promptly. I wasn't happy with parts of the work and Kevin, the general manager, came out to evaluate and fix the problem. He clearly cares that the work was done correctly and the he would have the opportunity to address any staffing issues. Kevin did identify the problems and they are being resolved. I'm happy with the service and have signed up for ongoing maintenance. Good job Kevin!

They were punctual, friendly, and had the proper equipment. Also, the wasps were gone in the time frame they stated. My lower scores above are more with my expectations of the work. The exterminator arrived on time and talked to me about the situation. He then went and got his pump sprayer. Then, rather than using a ladder, he sprayed the wasp nest from the ground. The wasp nest was on the second floor and right above some moderate sized windows. The windows were covered in the fluid used for extermination, and it was left for me to clean. Also, the wasps had made some holes in the walls where they had made the nest, and I had thought they would patch the small holes after killing the nest. I had thought that would be the complete process of preventing future infestation. They did not patch the wall, and said that was something I would need to do on my own. So they did indeed get rid of the pests, but it was not quite the level of service I was expecting.

From the initial call they did an excellent job. We were on a tight schedule and the tech called 10 minutes prior to the time they told us! He set some traps and followed up to make sure none came back.
