"Hi Charles, thank you so much for the review, though I am completely shocked as to why we received a 1 star, seeing how I was constantly in contact with you throughout the entire project, we fit you into the schedule as a rush job since you needed this work done asap when you spoke to me that you wanted to schedule you said we were the lowest bidder, and mostly because not once did I hear anything negative or about any issues that you were concerned about. The work was drainage work, 1 star was for the quality of the work. Please let me know what the problem was with the job that was low quality. We use the best pipe and materials for our job."
